What a wonderful shopping experience!! Excellent customer service!! I have ordered the 'Snap Circuits Jr. - 100 Experiments' for my little boy and he is enjoying every single project in it. This was a birthday present for him and I have ordered it in the last minute, but I was amazed by the shipping speed. The team @ Core Electronics answered my queries without any delay and they have followed up to make sure I received the item on time. Great company; love to do more business with them!! Needing to upgrade my old electronics gear, I researched for a while and then found Core Electronics. Reviews were very good and so I decided to order here. After my order was received, I can only concur with others who have written very positive reviews about this business. The entire web-site ordering experience was simple and clear, including multiple shipping options being provided at check-out. As part of my prior research, I also looked at ordering from the U.S. but saw no significant price advantage once expensive overseas shipping was factored in. Due also to the absolutely awesome service ( !!! ) I received when I made an after-purchase query about one of the products, I am now totally convinced that buying overseas is not a good idea - I imagine very little after-sales service could be offered from overseas to match what I received from Core. I also have to reiterate what several other reviewers have said about the packaging of their orders - I had a high end soldering station in my order and it was packed safe and sound. This business obviously takes pride in doing things the right way and I will definitely be placing my future orders here. p.s. I have since placed a second order here - same top service as first time. And items well packed again. Awesome !

It was my first time dealing with Core Electronics. I was chasing down a Raspberry Pi 3B+ and a Raspberry Pi Zero W and just searching the net and came across the company. I found that they were comparable with other companies on price (both local and overseas) but (importantly to me) they were based in Australia and I would prefer to support local companies (if they are not gouging) and Core Electronics weren't on the Pi products that I wanted. Shipping was reasonable and reasonably quick when accounting for for Aussie Post and the weekend :-( ). However, it was not until after I made my purchase did I discover the wealth of support material, tutorials and forums that they support on their site on a whole range of topics and products - just wonderful. Will I be purchasing from them again? Absolutely!

Very happy customer. Competitive prices. I chose the pickup option as I was nearby that day. Worked flawlessly. I placed my order the night before as I knew I would be in the area. I received an email by around midday to say my order was ready to pickup. I went in, picked it up and they even threw in a free magazine! I love that there is a local supplier for this stuff. Although not a walk in store, I really appreciated the pickup option. I tend to do a lot of research anyway so buying online and picking up a bit later wasn't a hassle. Still almost instant gratification.. 😁

Core Electronics are a fantastic supplier. I've ordered few things from them including robot parts and gyros. They have competitive pricing and their delivery is fast. They estimate the delivery date pretty accurately as well. The goods packaging is exceptionally well thought out to ensure no damage during transit. They also offer local tech support (I've never used it yet). Overall very happy.
