Rude, unprofessional, unkempt. I could go on but I think you get the point. I've now been waiting for 7 weeks and not once have I been updated as to the situation. I've tried contacting multiple times a week for those 7 weeks and if I get through I'm greeted with unprofessional "customer service' and rudeness. For the last 3 weeks the phone answering machine message is saying they're closed for Christmas and new year. Which would be fine if in fact it was the last week of December, but it is the third week of March. Get you're act together!

I am totally dumbfounded at how this company actually runs as a business. I have never experienced such a poorly run business and so extremely difficult to deal with. An uncountable number of calls to get Tech out to look at my dryer. An uncountable number of calls to get it booked in to have items replaced. 2 days saying at home waiting for you to turn up to the times you booked me in with no call to say they won't be turning up on either day. Finally came and replaced parts. And now the sensors are playing up amd the dryers still not drying clothes. Please avoid this so called company. Save yourself the headache and frustration and go elsewhere.

ABSOLUTELY appalling service. My TV had a minor but annoying fault with the screen, after having it 'fixed' twice by this company through warranty I was extremely disappointed have the issue again and not only i had to pay for it out of my own pocket. Then to find my TV had came back with scratches on the left hand side that were not there before AND a completely cracked screen which apparently was already there. If the screen was cracked why would i pay to have someone come out pick the tv up and repair it for another fault. But that's not the worst part, the third time my TV was brought back from being 'repaired' I was at work. I came home that afternoon to find my wife extremely distressed. The younger delivery driver had harassed her and made crude comments about what she was wearing. This made my wife so uncomfortable that she felt the need to ask him to leave our TV at the front door as she did not want him to enter our house. This WILL be followed up by myself, just thought I'd leave this as a warning for other customers.

The push button switch on the microwave was faulty, so took into this mob for repair. They wanted $100 upfront which we paid. We didn't hear anything for a week, so when we rang to find out when it was going to be fixed, they said that they can't get the switch. They also said they won't refund any of the upfront payment as it was for the tech's time. $100 for them to make one call to the supplier only to be told the switch is not available!! What a rort!. Wish there was an option to give them a minus 1 star.

Thank you for fixing my washing machine under warranty. It took a couple of days longer than expected, but the staff were polite and very helpful.
