Radiator failed. It had a nationwide warranty but this installer would not assist & I had to pay for a full radiator install unnecessarily. He accused me of being racist after I offered to explain the issue in his language when he told me 'no english'. I had the situation translated and sent to him with no luck. All he had to do was make one phone call. No idea why he dodged that simple task to assist me.
