Riverstage

Best place for a concert! Being on a hill, you have a view of the whole stage no matter where you sit or stand. Every event I have been to here always have great security, amenities, food options, etc! Depending what way you come in, it's a great walk through the parklands. If parking close by I recommend express parking 53 Albert St. Register your licence plate and sign up before you park for quick in and out parking!

Great venue. Some areas of it are hard to see the artist if you are short so you have to find a good hill slope but otherwise it’s good!

Great place for outdoor stage events. Really easy to get in and out of and clean'ish toilets. Next time I'd bring something to sit on as the grass doesn't grow so well being fed Red bull, beer and various spirit drinks.

My favourite venue. Caters for the moshers and the non-moshers. Can stand at the back on the hill and still have an awesome view of the stage. Easy walk from the car park or train station through the botanical gardens and always a great variety of food stalls.

Easy to enter & exit this venue. We enjoyed sitting & watching on the hill until people in front stood up and we couldn't see. So we had to stand up for the last hour and we're not young anymore. Still a great night though!

Venue great and concert was great, but security was disgusting. I am a 54 sober mother who has never been yelled at so aggressively and repeatedly, and treated with such disrespect as I was by a security guard, as I waited for my son and a young female to return from the bathroom so we could leave 9:50pm. Both security and police refused to engage in consultation with me even though I explicitly communicated my concern for her safety if separated from the family. So much for duty of care. Disgusting, inappropriate behaviour and a truly scary experience.

Amazing outdoor venue. Was nice being out in the open, seeing the river along with good music. Was easy enough to get there by scooter and restaurants are plentiful around the area.

Nice outdoor area. Not sure who or how the drinks works during concerts but BYO Drinks if you can. $10 for a cup of warm mid strength beer during the offspring concert was a rip off.

Always a great venue, even moreso when it's sold out
