Risson Produce

My favorite pet produce. Update 3.5.22 A very unique experiance today. Had a pet shop gift me a beautiful old kissing Gourami that was surrendered by their owner. Proprietor was more concerned the fish went to a good home than making a profit. This is the mark of a caring pet store.

Prices are not really any different to the pet stores. Far better range if you are looking for aquarium stuff. Super friendly and down to earth staff. Love to shop here and shop locally.

My favourite store. They are so well equipped with everything that you could possibly need for pets. Huge range of merchandise available. The owners are very knowledgeable with all areas of pet care. Very friendly. All animals, Birds and other pets for sale are extremely well cared for. Excellent store, highly recommended.

Great customer service.

Lovely friendly staff, but sadly a little over priced. We can get the same 20kg seed bag cheaper from other produces, and unfortunately this produce do not match prices. We asked them in hope they would be happy to meet us half wat at least! Sadly, they declined. So now we go elsewhere. We wanted to stay with this particular produce but they had no intentions of meeting our request. They wouldn't budge on prices that were cheaper just up the road.

Great range here

We only use risson if we have to. Prices are quite high, parking is limited. Seems good for normal domestic pet supplies, not great for farm animal needs

So after being told that a product was suitable for use in pond by staff i used the product in question Pondcare Algaefix . This morning I have found all my fish dead. When I contacted the store about this the Manager was rude and unwilling to assit refund or replace the fish which have been in the pond fine and healthy for appox 2-3 years now. His words that he used were that they are just 'small people and wont be able to do anything about it'.
