We wanted to get our quilt washed and a week later they said they didn’t have it and said their boss was going to talk to us. Days later their boss was ‘busy’ and didn’t show up. After weeks of revisiting they finally agreed to refund it with a new quilt, it turned out to be a cheap and thin one with a fake price tag on it! Unbelievable how bad this shop is and the workers were yelling at us saying it’s the best they could do! Customer service was rubbish and we wasted so much time on this, just do go there.
