Duct Cleaning Melbourne | Duct Masters

Duct Master effortlessly quoted and installed new ducting to the 7 registers in my home. Alex (the technician who completed the job) was always very pleasant, happy, efficient and polite; totally professional! The job was supposed to commence at 8:30am but was delayed until 10:30am; however I was notified a couple of days in advance to check if this change would be OK (which it was). Duct Masters have an informative web page, and the office staff are very helpful, I would highly recommend Duct Masters.

Max is a very good and friendly chap. Excellent in his job. Helpful and obliging. Would love to have him back anytime for another duct master cleaning job. Well done Max.

I have used these guys since 2014 and it seems their standard of work has really gone down hill. The bloke who came out today seemed like he was in a hurry just to get the job done as quick as possible and he has left black marks on our ceilings where the vents are. Really unhappy and don't recommend them.

We were cold called about a month ago which I'm actually happy about because it reminded us of the need to service our air conditioner. Coincidentally it had stopped working about 2 weeks ago and a "service" text appeared on the wall control panel. A friendly and attentive guy came out. He cleaned the ducts and serviced our unit which works better than ever. Very happy.
