In the short period of time since our establishment in early 2010 we have gained trust and reputation with some of the leading venues around Melbourne.

Story

Laguna Laundry & Linen Services was established in February 2010 formerly known as ADT Commercial Laundry. We commenced operations in May 2010 without any clients. We service major players in the hospitality industry from Harry the Hirer to the The Big Group.

We have manufacturing division creates a great range of top quality products for the hospitality industry as listed below.

Our latest state of the art washing machines and dryers clean anything from linen to wide range of table cloths, chair covers, napkins, polishing cloths, face washers and tea towels.

We also clean specilised clothing used in the hospitality such as waiter jackets, chef’s jackets, shirts, dresses, aprons, trousers, curtains and drapes.

Best service. Friendliest Service.  Most professional. I have not used anyone else in more past 6 ot 7 years!

Service is good. Clean Laundry well pressed and packaged.  Just never got collection sms but I think it was due to loadshedding.  Besides that their service is very good!

Zapper on washing machine did not work. Waited for about 15 minutes for it to start. No person came to assist, even though there is a camera system. Walked all around to ask the lady for assistance, told me there is a problem with the zapper. Asked the lady to wash my clothes and deduct the money they owe me. She refused. She gave me change to start the machine. Went for a walk, came back with a error code on the machine. They restarted the same machine, so I had to wait for another 37 minutes. When it came to the dryer, i had to walk around the building again to the main office to have them start the dryer. Manager also arrived later on, but did not introduce himself or apologised for the inconvenience. Very poor, or shall I say no service.

Quick service and very friendly stuff

Nice people but sadly stained and ruined several items.

Best service thinkable! They know their customers, even after my first visit the lady there will come out and bring my laundry to my car when she sees me!

Friendly and helpful staff with high level of service delivery.

I'm not a fan of doing laundry in winter so I greatly appreciate their speedy service and my clothes always smell great!
