DO NOT HIRE THIS INFERIOR EQUIPMENT! Absolute disaster! I hired my unit yesterday, everything seems fine at the store got at home opened it up and the thing was absolutely disgusting putrid dirty. Obviously a very old worn out unit. Obviously this had not been cleaned, checked by the store when returned from the previous user. The odour from this machine was disgusting I spent almost half an hour scrubbing out excessive amounts of pet hair. Eventually managed to Connected the machine as illustrated on the video on the website. Filled the machine up with the chemicals as illustrated. You guessed it, the machine failed instantly leaked water constantly from the hose onto the floor on the front of the machine. This was happening for a while before I realised. I don't mean a little bit I mean a lot heaps and heaps! Not to mention was trying to use the spraygun wand the handle to release the liquid was faulty and once you squeezed it would continuously spray out regardless of what you tried to do to stop it. This machine is in poor condition, filthy dirty and went all over the floor causing more issues than when I started. How the hell did they manage to send out a unit in such poor condition? Do they not service this equipment? Nobody checks the equipment? We removed all the furniture from our carpeted areas with the intention of having a carpet clean yesterday, before our new furniture arrived early this morning. Since we could not use the machine and the store we hide it from was closed we could not clean our carpets and the whole project was a waste of time and effort. We literally packed up a house and put it back together for no reason because the product hired out us didn't work and created more damage. DO NOT HIRE THIS INFERIOR EQUIPMENT!
