WARNING! I put my tie in to get cleaned and came back with 2 pin holes and the 3 edges of the tie were burnt and ripped!... tie ruined 😡

$1200 suit, worn once and put in for dry cleaning.
Came back with a massive shiny mark on it and covered in fluff and hair. They offered to re clean but still had hair & fluff when picked up. According to them it's not their responsibility to removed it and admitted it comes from other garments when they clean them together.
Suggest others don't bother using this business as it's a waste of both time and money.
