Not a great experience! After the discount, it cost $70 for getting the waist adjusted and length shorten for a pair of trouser. You might as well get a Levi’s jean for that much. When you pay such steep price for an alteration, you expect an impeccable job done, sadly that wasn’t the case. It took about 2 weeks and we went back 4 times and each time after trying it on, it still looked like it was not at all done properly and they blamed it on the contour of the body. Come on seriously!! Better to go to a Chinese shop to get it done. They will do a much better job and will be faster at it too.
We arrived at 5.15pm to get cufflink holes put in a shirt. There was no one there!! We had to go out again the next day to take our shirt in...annoying when our occasion was a few days away and our time was so limited.
