Ricks Garage is the only licenced mechanical workshop in Palmwoods, on the Sunshine Coast. With award winning burgers, chips & coffee - you can't go wrong!

Story

Ricks Garage was originally a petrol station & workshop, now turned into an amazing retro diner & still functioning workshop.

Come and experience the famous BEST BURGER, old school milkshakes and award winning coffees.

We pride ourselves on using the freshest of local ingredients with all relishes and sauces being made at Ricks by our awesome team of kitchen staff.

Thursday nights are Moonshine Cruising with the chance to win with Ricks Rego Jackpot between 5-7pm and open mic night until 9pm

Friday nights are Rockabilly, get dressed up and come on down for the live music

I was here about 3 years ago and loved it back then. Came back today and I still can't speak highly enough of it. We came with a dog and as we sat down a staff member came out with a dog bowl of water. The vibe of the place is incredible and the food. Omg the food. I ordered the chicken burger and it deserves best burger on the Sunshine Coast. But you HAVE to order a milkshake. Everything is reasonably priced and I will be coming here more often now. Please go out of your way to try this place out!

Rick's garage has come ahead in leaps and bounds since I lived in Palmwoods years ago. They've carried the retro 50s/hotrod theme throughout the renovations of the outdoor eating area and the upstairs kid-free whisky bar. Happy hour $10 cocktails between 4-6pm and a massive selection of whiskeys and good beer and cider on tap. Food service is fast, servings are big and it's reasonably tasty. Staff have always been really friendly.

Had the Veggie Burger 🍔 "Meaty" delicious creamy and peppery... Complete with squeaky holumi and crunchy bread roll. Took 1/2 home with me.... DIVINE!! 👍
