Yesterday, I went to the drive-thru at about 2pm to get my order that I made online. Everything seemed okay until I started eating my fries and saw a bug in them. I was grossed out, so I went back to the restaurant.nnWhen I got there, nobody really seemed to care about my problem, except for the person at the speaker box. The others acted like they didn't want to deal with us. They gave us new fries, but they weren't fresh.nnWhat bothered me more was that the manager didn't speak to us, and nobody else did either. At first, I wasn't going to say anything bad about it, but my friends said it was messed up that nobody in charge seemed to care.
The staff here are so polite and work fast ... shout out to the young man working the barista station for being so helpful and obliging. I appreciate the high level of customer service.
Hard to judge Atmosphere as full restaurant not complete. The driveway here is a nightmare with it's direction spoil by where the delivery Trucks loading area is. No counter service at all in the refurbished Golden Arches here.nGood for drive through. Don't bother dining in ATM.
Went there this morning. To order 5 x hot drinksnThey asked to wait to the side , which is fine as it's 5 hot drinks so we expect that.nnBut all 5 drinks were cold , it's like they were not even warmed up.nnVery disappointed, waited close to maybe 10 minutes just to get cold drinks.
This is the last time I order at drive thru. I wait at the speaker box for about a minute waiting. A car pulls up to the other speaker and immediately they are served. Eventually, I am served. First I am asked if I’m using the McDonalds app. I reply “no”. Then silence for another 10 seconds. Then another voice comes over and asks the same question. Again I repeat, “no”.nnFinally I give my order. Large Double Quarter Pounder w/o lettuce and pickles.nnUnfortunately, I received a completely different order. It was a Quarter Pounder Deluxe.nnNot happy
