Ok so the food was very fresh and hot, but when I asked for the limited tiny tan happy meal she said she had no idea what I was talking about, not a big deal so it was fine I ordered a happy meal and got it any way so it was all good, BUT WHEN I OPEN THE TINY TAN I GOT THE ONE I REALLY DIDNT WANT. Yeah but no complains because not one really chose it so it was all good, the food is always fresh when I go there aswell
I'm in love with this McDonald's. Clean, quiet, all day there was very lovely relaxing music. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our order came perfectly and as we ordered.
I went and bought food for breakfast, first of all they were served cold, second 2 of my egg and sausage mcgriddles didnt have egg. Went back to get a new one because that is not what i ordered. The staff was apologetic about it. I came bavk to the car to my sister showing me her mcmuffin, it was half, looked like it had been cut inhalf and through i to the bag. Very mad as i am a paying customer.
Did a late night drive through on Thursday night 30/10/25 at about midnight a woman with dirty blonde hair with glasses took our order and said they can’t do ice cream, we said fine and proceeded to pay for the fries at the window. But we then decided to change our minds and get ice cream somewhere else, but I thought I’d be courteous and let the woman at the window know we want to cancel to order instead of just driving away. Instead of this woman respecting that, she immediately turns away and slams the eftpos machine on the counter and closes the window. I get it’s maccas but we didn’t say or do anything disrespectful, the least you can do is treat customers with respect to.
Bought drive through happy meals for the kids. Asked the staff at ordering, at the pay station and at pick up station for fresh hot fries as I would be driving the food back home. All staff agreed saying that was ‘no problem’. It was a problem because the fries and other food arrived cold.
