Story

The Shak is operated by a team of healthy, vibrant, people on the Sunshine Coast who share a passion for creating the finest quality dishes and promoting a strong sense of health and wellbeing within our community.

As Buderim's only organic cafe, we offer a healthy range of breakfasts, lunches, dinners, specialty coffee, herbal teas, smoothies, freshly pressed juices and much more.

As the Sunshine Coast's only organic wine bar, we proudly serve a deliciously wholesome dinner menu with a great selection of specialty organic and vegan wines & beers.

Oh my gosh. My eggs Benedict was the yummiest ever presentation dotted with edible flowers held a lingering gaze. My 'sky' cold pressed juice was a devine tummy starter. Coffee was a nice finish. Service was good. All round an enjoyable dining experience

Delicious brekky, had the mushrooms with added scrambled eggs which came with a really nice salsa verde. Coffee was alright and good service. Great to see local coffee beans and produce

The Coffee is awesome. It's in a nice spot and the staff are friendly.

The food is always amazing, and the service is attentive and second to none - from the front of house staff to the chef. Smiles and abundance all around. I had the pesto mushroom - delish!
