Great place to grab a bit! The thick shake was enough for two and the price was right.Had a great dinner here, menu with lots of choices. I had the house special burger which was delicious. My mango smoothie could have had a little more flavor but my friend loved her chocolate milk shake.
I order here very often and I have never ever had better! The menu is exquisite with alternative options of Indian or Nepalese so you get to experience both cuisines. The flavours are phenomenal and undeniably the best quality ingredients used. I refuse to order elsewhere once I tried this restaurant and I’m sure previous customers would confirm that this is the “go-to”. Customer service is top notch, always on time and so warm and friendly! This is the first restaurant I recommend hands down. Never had a complaint from anyone whom I’ve introduced this food to! I never write reviews but this restaurant deserves to be acknowledged! Thank you very much xx
Amazing Indian / Nepalese food. Very fast service. Top quality food. Very generous portions with full of protein. You can never go wrong with this place! Also I would like to thank Roy. He is a great human being who helped us when we got locked out late Sunday night by letting us use his phone and internet. And he didn’t leave us until he made sure we were okay.
Super delicious and authentic Nepalese and Indian food with friendly staff both for in-place or for takeaway dining! The menu has a huge selection of the best and most delicious meals with great variety of traditional sides. It's also easy to park. A highly recommended restaurant.
The most delicious food! we go weekly and have done for a couple of years! The restaurant should be packed!! I am amazed to watch people pile into Taverns, Pubs and run of the mill Restaurants and eat very ordinary, crappy sort of food! and miss out on this little treasure! Well done Gurkhali Buderim.
Updated review! I would of provided 3 .5 stars if it was available to give! The positives! The food has lovely flavours, is well balanced for my taste, good size portions, good menu choices to choose from. Love the peshwari nann bread. The madras is similar to a uk chicken tikka masala!! The food is the closest I have found that reminds me of a uk tasting curry! The negatives! The restaurant and kitchen could do with some love! Presentation for me is important and I have to close my eyes when I pick up my food not to look into the kitchen area! It’s a shame because the food is tasty, it could be a winner with some love injected into the business. If this isn’t possible then perhaps a low budget clean and try to present the restaurant in a more inviting way. I would still order from here as I like the taste of the dishes!
The food was good but there are other Nepalese restaurant which serves better authentic taste than this one. Very unwelcomed feeling to start with. I think the mixed up Indian-Nepalese didn’t tasted quite right. Indian food are better at the indian Restaurants and Nepalese food are better at the Nepalese Restaurants. C-Momo was nothing like C-Momo like we have in Nepal. Steamed momo are made better by my roommates some weekend. Goat curry smelt like Lamb to menot sure though Garlic naan wasn’t soft like we have in other places. What a waste!! Not recommended!
We came here in 2015, curious to try Nepalese Food. We tried the mixed platter of appetizers and two different curry plates. The food was amazing, and the service friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
Great service but food not on par. Take away, Ordered serving of steamed mo mo, exactly as store bought frozen ones, definitely not made fresh inhouse, Butter Lamb for main with 8 small pieces lamb and an overload of sauce. Saffron rice was not cooked with fresh saffron and there were bits white rice in the mix. Expensive and not the best.
So, so delicious. Very nice flavours. Mixed entree was so good! The staff were welcoming and very friendly. Will definately visit again. So full in my tum
