We live 240km away from the Richmond Hospital. On Tuesday afternoon I had to drive my 2 year old grandson into Richmond for medical purposes. On arrival, the Hospital was full to the brim with patients, many of them elderly and the staff were extremely busy. We were however, greeted warmly and ushered into a room with a cot made up for my Grandson and a bed made up for his mother, 2 beautifully cooked meals and juices for them. My Grandson was kept in for observations overnight with the visiting Doctor calling on him twice. This hospital was wonderfully presented with friendly staff and thorough work ethics and the best bedside manner. Thank you so much for your professional care and for putting our minds at ease.
