This place is my happy place no faults with anything from day one. What i love is the quick response i shop around before moving location RF was the only one to get back to me, then to be greeted with a big fat smile from Alex(coach) at 5am was def 2 big ticks that was before i even started a session. I love the range of classes always something different. Would highly recommend to anyone. Sof & Alex have def made this place our home away from home.

Alex and Sof have simply the best gym on the Gold Coast. We are like the 'Cheers Bar' of Gyms, Its the place you go where everyone knows your name. Alex's classes amazing, and no matter what fitness level you are you feel included. I love that its the gym with out mirrors. It's about being the best person you can be, not about being better than the next person! Love this place!

RF stands for Rewired Fitness but it should actually stand for Rewired Family, this place is full of people you want to surround yourself with. Weather you are a mother getting back your body or a weightlifter aiming for Olympic glory this place is perfect! The coaches knowledge is second to none and they treat everyone equally- this place is not your average workout space but instead is a place where you are supported and feel secure in your abilities. All ego's are left at the door at RF and i am happy to recommend this place to absolutely anyone.

Best gym i have ever joined and it really is the best place to workout. Alex and Sof are the most genuine people you will ever meet and have created a gym that offers the most amazing, challenging and fun workouts. I thought i was relatively fit when i joined but after being a member now for just under a year, i can say i am stronger and fitter than i have ever been and every week i am seeing results. I love this gym so much, the people are amazing, the workouts are the best and there is no other gym that would even come close to being as good as RF 💖💪😀

These guys are absolutely amazing! Strong uplifting culture is talked about but rarely achieved. These guys have it in spades. One of the best strength and conditioning places on the Coast, if not THE best. Get down here and give it a run!
