I have been attending this gym since it opened and I love it. it has everything I want and i don't have to wait to get on equipment which is great as they don't just have one machine for each. I love the classes PT Jeff is fantastic you leave the gym knowing you've done a successful workout. the gym is clean, modern and friendly :
I joined 2 months ago Love Love Love this gym. Staff are awesome and very helpful. Equipment is great, classes are fantastic, Jeff's the best : gym is super clean and the new music system is like a juke box I get to pick what I love to listen too. Highly recommend
Staff are so unfriendly it's appalling. The gym has gone down hill in the last couple of months and they play the most ridiculous music to train to. Can't wait for the new gym to open around the corner so I can leave!!!!
I literally never write bad reviews but had to make an exception for this one! • I joined 28th July 2017 with a 6 month contract • My contract was due to end 28th January 2018 • I sent a written request 4th December 2017 to cancel my membership - this email was ignored • My partner went in around 9th February to talk to them and was assured they’d call me the next day • I did not receive any calls despite them claiming they tried to reach me • I called 23rd February to follow up and was rudely told that I would have to email them instead • After advising that I had emailed them back in December, the girl on the phone simply said she’s ‘get back to me’ • I then received a short email saying my membership was cancelled per their 30 day cancellation T&Cs - no further information was provided • I then realised they had continued to charge me despite my contract ending almost a month ago, and despite me requesting they cancel my account TWO months ago • When I asked for an explanation as to why I didn’t receive any phone call, I was told ‘maybe I haven’t updated my phone number’ - I’ve had the same number since I was 14 • Was an okay gym but the customer service is absolutely shocking - whoever works the front desk needs to take a good look at themselves
One of the best gyms i have ever had the pleasure of training at and the staff are so welcoming.
Best gym ive ever been to. There's no ego here, and thats what i love about it. Sad to leave.
Bron is so helpful and just such a nice woman She helps me out with any questions I have about exercise and even shows me the techniques The gym is very friendly and very nice atmosphere Cheers guys
Horrible gym with horrible and unhelpful staff. My card would not work due to their own mess up and the manager was rude, so was other staff.
Been at this gym for 5yrs. Great nothing to complain about.
Wonderful staff. Love this gym.
