I love going to Jodie’s classes and have been going for 9 years. The benefits are immense and different each time.  The classes are always enjoyable. Jodie is a very caring teacher with all students needs in mind. The ambience of the room is perfect with calming spiritual music softly playing and the aroma of the essential oils is always amazing. I definitely recommend Kevala Yoga to everyone, you won’t be disappointed. 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️

There is no better place to go for an in-depth sense of well-being.
Jodie is not only a knowledgeable and patient teacher, she is also a pleasant and a happy person to be around. I have managed to build up my strength and stamina in attending her classes on a regular basis since 2016 (at least 3 times weekly). My health has improved, I am also happier and feel peaceful and in harmony with myself.
I cannot recommend Kevala Yoga enough. Namaste 

I thoroughly enjoy my Kerala Yoga class with Jodie, she makes you feel at ease and her tone is very relaxing. The rooms are peaceful. Would recommend her classes to anyone❤️

I started doing yoga with Jodie when I was pregnant and that helped me a lot feeling amazing and flexible. After delivery I needed to go back for some alone relaxing time and meditation! Jodie's calmness and great soothing tone helps relax and I feel incredible after every class! No money is worth the feeling I have after yoga! ❤️

Kevala Yoga is certainly a welcomed part of my life.  As a busy woman, I find it easy to do for others and forget my own needs, Jodie's classes bring balance to my life.  It is a time to honour myself; my body, mind and spirit.  With Jodie's dedicaton, kindness and commitment to her craft, I am improving everyday.  I recommend Kevala Yoga to anyone looking to add something nourishing to their life. 🙏🌷💖
