Welcome to BODYEXPRESS PERSONAL TRAINING, situated in Hope Island on the northern Gold Coast. We provide the very best in one-on-one personal training and pride ourselves on giving YOU the very best service, motivation and accountability, guiding you towards achieving all of your health and fitness ambitions.

After your initial consultation where we establish your goals and specific needs, you will be given a personalised programme that will push you towards obtaining the physique you dream of. You will train in a small, non-intimidating, state of the art studio, and will NOT be tied in with any contracts.

We also offer group training, with a run club and boxing classes for those who enjoy the social aspect of fitness and to be spurred on by like-minded people.

At BODYEXPRESS we also design comprehensive and realistic meal plans for you, as proper nutrition and developing healthy habits will be vital to your success. With personalised nutritional plans, individual fitness programmes and group classes, BODYEXPRESS will transform your body inside and out.

I joined up for an 8 week challenge to drop some weight months ago and still carry on now with my weekly sessions. Iain has a way of getting the best from you, even when you feel you've nothing left in the tank he still manages to drag that extra effort from you. You certainly dont feal like your just another client with him and i think its the family atmosphere that is created in the place that makes every session enjoyable. Whatever your goals are Body Express will ensure they are met. Great place with trainers that know there stuff...

Body Express is such an amazing place to train. Iain and his trainers have such great knowledge for all aspects of what you want, whether it be to gain muscle or lose fat. They also make training fun which makes it so much easier to lead a healthy lifestyle. There is a great environment while training at Body Express as everyone there wants to ensure everyone achieves their goals. I could not recommend Body Express more highly !

I never trained for 25 years. I was 58 kilos when I approached body express. I am also an ex army fitness instructor. I have now been training with Iain for over 3 years and have never missed a training session. Currently weigh 75 kilos with no body fat. Best money I have ever spent. I am 45 years old and stronger than i have ever been. Having personal fitness lessons takes  you out of your comfort zone. I do things that I wouldn't do when I train on my own and I also train harder. Great gym. Fantastic, genuinely care about your results instructors. Had the pleasure to meet some great people while training there. Made some good friends aswell. It is not the kind of gym where you will ever feel out of place.
