I was going to a different laser clinic and then saw a special that this clinic was offering so purchased a package.  I was really impressed with the level of knowledge and care these women put into their work.  It was the first time I had tried a chemical peel and I was completely informed about the process and what could happen.  I was even advised not to go ahead with the peel when they were concerned about me not having enough time out of the sun or used a retinol product too close to the peel date.  I was glad they put my safety first even though I had made the effort to go in and was ready for the proceedure.  I have since also changed my make up regime to use their mineral make up which I love and never again go back to any other make up.  The therapist asked me about my makeup regime when I came out of a treatment and hence how I have a skin care regime that I love.  I have dealt with many girls in store and each were extremely professional and informative.  I love results!  J

I had the pleasure of meeting Leah from Results laser clinic when purchasing some skin care products.
I rate Leah a 5 out of 5 for absolutely brilliant customer service and very professional approach in delivering one on one consultations! :)
Leah's in depth knowledge of all the products and treatments were astonishing and impressive!!!
I will be recommending all my friends and family to come to The Results Laser Clinic to see Leah! :)

Long waiting times.
Often appointments have been booked incorrectly and things were rushed or we couldn't do all areas. 
Different girl almost everytime I come as staff seem to quit often.
Staff have done areas which I don't usually have done causing more hair growth. 
Sometimes not even offered protective glasses, or blackout goggles and wonder at the safety standards and training of the staff. 
Staff are also very rushed and I'm suspicious of their hygiene practices. 

All being said I've paid a lot of money and Want to get everything finished. I won't buy another package here though.

Very disappointed! Wish I never went here at all. The staff are misleading and unprofessional. Long waiting times (30 - 45 minutes). 

Long story short; I have contacted Officer of Fair Trading/Consumer Affairs to make a complaint and get refund.
