I was feeling a little nervous about my first laser skin treatment, but the team at Laser Clinics Garden City completely put me at ease. They were friendly and the technician who performed my treatment, Fiona, was particularly informative and was very mindful of how I was feeling. If you have been thinking about visiting Laser Clinics I would 100% recommend you try them out!

I booked my appointment over a month in advance, on the day I called to confirm my appointment time and they advised that I had already come in for my treatment when I hadn't. When I advised I had not been in yet they then told me it must be a computer issue and booked me in for another time on the same day. Thankfully I had taken that day off work so could still attend. However when I went in for my treatment it was rushed and I didn't feel it was thorough. I've had many treatments at other clinics and the previous one lasted me 6 months. This time it's lasted me half that length because the job wasn't done as well.

Don't recommend this clinic. This is my very first time , I Regrets so much for underarm laser tags. The girl who treat me are rushed to get things done.  She was so rude not smiling at all she  talking to me like I’m applying for a job in her company make me feel like getting kick out quickly instead of welcoming. I am here for a reason to get my underarm taking care of I paid for it. Very disappointed. I won’t come back. strongly not recommend LCA Garden City.

Literally one of the few skin care clinics where professionalism and results are not being sacrificed because of the affordable pricing. Not only are the team members at LC Garden City ridiculously friendly and hospitable, they are incredibly knowledgeable and experienced in all skin care areas and concerns. I can’t recommend the clinic and the staff highly enough, particularly the skill, honesty and precision of Kristy - who in my opinion is the only expert injectabalist professional that I trust and will go to. Whilst occasionally, yes, I have waited a little over my scheduled appointment time, this is only because the team is literally making sure every client, including myself, gets the most out of their consultation and treatments. They certainly take the care and time with their patients and are not a ‘get you in and out quickly’ clinic. Plus, they are great at squeezing you in at very short notice which is something I always appreciate. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Regret getting laser hair removal on underarms. This is the result: hyperpigmentation and hair still growing. I did most of my treatment in winter so always had clothing to cover up and was indoors due to work so can’t really be caused by sun exposure. I also apply lightening creams. There were few times in my session where it hurts, can feel the burn on my skin, but the lady just said “it’s good, means it’s burning off my hairs.” Anyway, I would not recommend here.
