Holly and her team have shown me so much care and support. Their level of customer service and experience is a cut above the rest. I feel in safe hands and wont be going anywhere else!

Paid and booked for an overnight peel and LED. Even though I mentioned it to the lady about 4 times that I have LED booked too, that was ignored and we only did the peel. For $150 and laying in the chair for 10 minutes, I don't see my monies worth whatsoever. I have been to Springfield Clear Skin Solutions which had great customer service and actually took time to talk about the products the customers were using but at Carindale it seems as though they rush you out the door.. I will be back for my paid LED however won't be returning after.

Despite their website and google stating that they open at 9am, CSC Carindale refuses to open up until 9:30, leaves customers sitting outside waiting while the women at the front hide behind the counter and play with their phones and swear loudly. When confronted politely, I was told “it’s so the machines can warm up”…I was there to purchase about $400 worth of ointments and creams for my wife but I think I’ll be going elsewhere from now on. Not a good look for the company as a whole.

Got a consult here 3 YEARS ago. Got a missed call from them today asking if they can book me in for the treatment I inquired about. I can understand following up shortly after the consult, but don’t go cold calling people from years ago. Even if I was interested in getting the treatment, this is entirely unprofessional and not on. Why do you still have my details from years ago if I never received a treatment? Seems like a privacy issue. Blocked.

My partner was over charged by $134 and when she raised it with the clinic they acknowledged their mistakes but stated that if she couldn't return to the store within 20 minute she couldn't get a refund.  When I called, Holly and Alanna answered the phone and rudely hung up on me.  Disgraceful.

I booked packaged treament  with some changes to their advertised body areas included in package.During the booking process, when I asked to make changes Swap body areas in package, booking Staff did calculation to check whether they can afford it or not. Then, they accepted the changes and book the appointments. Before I was making payment, I mentioned couple of times, I am only making payment as you have accepted the changes in package otherwise, I don't want to proceed. We both agreed on that and I made full payment ,I also requested to leave the notes so that I dont need to worried about anything when I come for treatment. when i went for  an appointment, attending staff advised that we usually don't change our packages but, I need to check with manager. After that, Manager came to me and stared conversation in abusive and arrogant manner and wasnt ready to listion what I was trying to explain at all. on top of that, she has slammed door on my face. After receiving such a traumatized behaviour, I was warried and dont wanted to have any treatment with them. So,I have requested to refund my money. Instead of issuing refund, she told  me to walk off and not going to give you refund. I will never recommend this clinic to anyone who has abusive manger.

I bought packed of 6 Qswich treatments and after second treatment I was told to wait several weeks as a teraphist gets back to work because they don't have more qualified staff to do that. None informed me about cancellation of my schedule and manager of this branch tried to prove that waiting couple of weeks between this particular treatment makes no difference for  effects of whole therapy: Don't call your "clinic"  if you don't have qualified staff.

Sophie was the consultant I saw in Carindale and she was very warm and welcoming and very helpful in providing information on my skin and what I needed to do to improve it. She was very careful with her treatment and very thorough in taking good care of me. I felt very special. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Sophie at Carindale.

A bit disappointed as I found the Dermapen process was absolutely amazing however was assigned to book an LED & Peeling appointment after the treatment without knowing it’s not included in the Dermapen treatment, always trying to hard sell me their products and today I have made separate payment knowing it’s a separate session. Felt embarrassed and don’t think I’ll visit again

Very happy with the results of my laser hair removal treatment. Having PCOS, I was very doubtful I would see any change, but the first session alone made a massive difference and I do not regret taking the step. Staff are lovely!
