This is a rubbish company and care only about collecting fees! After a couple of unsatisfactory services, my elderly father has decided not to renew their yearly service contact. He is not asking to cancel an existing contract, he is simply not renewing! Yet after month and month of back and forth, this company has decided to use scare tactic to force my father into renewing another year’s contract with them. And this is after their finance department has confirmed the matter is dealt with! Utterly utterly unacceptable and completly illegal! I will definitely report this company to the Consumer Affairs! Don’t go near them unless you don’t want to be harassed! I’m only giving it a one star because there is no option to give a negative!

Not a good experience service seems to be deteriorating, had to get them out twice (second time with much difficulty) but still have spiders and cockroaches. Also never get back to you when they say they do. Will go with someone else. (2 weeks later) Since my case was escalated to customer service team, the matter was dealt with efficiently and appropriately. So far so good, happy with outcome.

Normally very happy with this company, but this time not so much, asked for payment before doing any work. Then looked around the yard to put bait out in open even though we have a child and several pets. Previous technicians put bait under house and deck, when husband said no, just put it under house and deck, was happy to do so.

Following the Termite eradication exercise, I sent the following to the Rentokil H.O. Good morning, I am writing to acknowledge your correspondence but to also thank your organisation for the excellent work carried out at our property. The eradication of the termites was a priority of ours in order to safeguard the long term quality of our home, and to then afford us the opportunity to get on with some other renovation work I would like to stress in particular, the first class work carried out by your technician Mourad Elmeer. This man is a thorough gentleman and is respectful of the matter at hand as he understands how stressful it might be for the home owners. His manner is one of comfort, and his knowledge of the cause and treatment of the termites that he was willing to share was most comforting to us as he went about his business. I would suggest that Rentokil have a First Class employee/ambassador for its company and one worth nurturing. We look forward to Mourad's future visits as he attends to the outside baiting areas etc. Yours sincerely, RON FLETCHER Keilor Victoria February 22nd 2018

This company offers the worst customer service possible. Our companies have been with them for over 10 years and we continue to receive awful service. Their tech came over 4 hours late, and after questioning why he was late, he just shrugged his shoulders and said he's retiring in 4 months and if we don't like his level of service to call customer service! When calling customer service, the woman on the line said its basically to bad and we'd have to wait another week before someone else came out. Didn't offer an apology. We asked to speak to a supervisor and her answer was "Sure, someone will call you back early next week." Wow. We'll be shopping for a new pest control company, this is the last time we'll just accept your poor service!
