1/5 StarsnWorst parcel service ever. The driver literally displayed my package out in full view of the street instead of placing it discreetly behind the pillar right by my front door. Absolutely no common sense or care for preventing parcel theft. Avoid them if you want your packages delivered safely
Would give - stars if I could. This has been one of the worst delivery experiences i have ever had. Ironically the other was Fastway couriers, which I see this company took over. My package was of high value and was 'on board for delivery' for 8 days. Attempts were never made any day. At one point I received an 'Audit' email to confirm I had received it - which I had not.nnIt was only once I took to my social media platform with a semi large following that someone started replying to me with more effort and concern than call centre stuff. THEN at 7pm that night it was delivered. They couldn't get the scanner to work, so said 'just take it' which is probably why they have no idea where packages in their care are.nnAvoid this company at all costs! I didn't know the supplier was shipping with them but I would have requested to not if I had have known. I paid $170 USD from China to Aus Roughly $250 AUD so would expect way better than this for the price I paid.nnUpdate: second package as I can’t leave a separate review. Today I get an email they have left this package at my door after 6pm this is a business this laneway is not secure, it’s an absolute joke to leave another Hugh value package outside here
Bought a shirt online and had the displeasure of it being sent out with Aramex instead of Aus Post who are 100000% better.nnFirst of all, my parcel was late arriving the senders fault, not Aramex but that meant I was out of the country for 2 weeks. I came back, immediately tried to get in contact with Aramex. They do not reply to emails. Eventually find out that its at their depot and they are unable to deliver to my apartment.nnFine, when is your depot open so I can get it? 8 - 5 Monday to Friday? Great! Not like I have a job or work! Call again to confirm and see if there's anyway they can get it to a closer collection point. They say they will look into it. A day passes, I get an email saying my parcel was returned to sender a week ago long before my call. Fantastic. Loving this development.nnCall Aramex again. Nothing they can do about that. Call sender - they say no worries, we will get Aramex to deliver it again. Please, God no. I can't bear to deal with this company anymore.nnNext day, get an email saying my parcel was delivered and signed for. Guess who didn't sign for a parcel or have one delivered? Me.nnI hate Aramex.
If Google had -0 starts rating, Aramex would win this with no question.nI received a return label from a seller for an item I needed to return. Unfortunately it was with Aramex. I waited for two days, nothing happened. I contacted them and provided the consignment number. The lady on the phone advised it would be picked up within 24-48 hours.nI asked for specfic time as I can't wait for them all day at home. She said 24-48 hours. I asked her to get the driver to call me prior to collection so I know when to expect. She said hour agents are obliged to call customers. I tried to explain to her that this is getting picked up from residential address not business. However that didn't change anything.nn48 hours gone and nothing happened. I called again and got same answer. I complained to the lady who answered me about the lady who answered me first time and about her rude attitude. Still this lady could not give em and ETA for the pickup. She said she would escalate.n3 days and no one attempts the pickup.nThen I contacted the sender and explained to them what happened and asked their permission to send the item back with Australia Post. Just easy and simple for me. The sender had no problem with that and issue solved. I dropped off item at my local post office on Friday and it was delivered to sender on Monday.nNot sure if Aramex really know the basics of transport and customer service.
Extremely disappointing experience with Aramex.nMy redelivery request has remained unresolved for over two weeks, despite multiple failed delivery attempts. My building has both a staffed reception and parcel lockers, so I do not understand why delivery has repeatedly failed.nI submitted several email enquiries and redelivery requests but received no meaningful response. The customer service hotline was even worse—the representative could not answer any of my questions and repeatedly gave the same default response, telling me to wait for an email.nI also requested redelivery over the phone, only to later discover that the request had never been processed. After being kept waiting for a long time, then being hang up on purpose when I asked to speak with a manager.nThis experience caused significant stress and inconvenience during my move. The lack of communication, accountability, and effective customer service was unacceptable. I would not recommend Aramex. Really awful experience.
