I have experienced Fastway Couriers before and haven’t had a great result. This time I was pleased that I could track the driver. Anyhow, sadly I agree with every other review here. I sat outside and waited for the driver to appear. I saw the van travel all around my local area on the tracking link. No, they weren’t delivering to my street yet. Not far away less then 400 metres. I went inside and kept looking at the driver tracking link. So far so good, not long now a few streets away. After another 20 minutes, next thing I see that the delivery had failed, I saw the driver on the link. The driver hasn’t even bothered to ring the apartment door bell. I rang Fastway and said hold on I was home. They apologized. I saw a Fastway driver down the road and said what’s going on? He knew about my delivery and had seen it but it was with the other driver. He was kind enough to reassure me that he would deliver it tomorrow morning. He also said they were having problems with the other driver. I didn’t receive a card or anything. My only hope is that the nice man who was another driver said he would fix it. Will I get my delivery tomorrow? I hope so but based on Fastway’s track record. Unlikely. They lost my last order and it took a while to find it. Thank you!!! You kept your word and delivered by items the next morning. A really helpful employee of Fastway. I added a couple of extra stars for turning this around. Someone please from management do something about couriers who just can’t be bothered to get out of their vans and deliver goods and fail to leave a calling card. Dishonest.

Amazingly I have discovered Fastway to be a courier company that doesn't actually deliver parcels. I had one last week and another this week, my driver for the area on both occasions did not come to my front door or even leave a calling card. I was home all day on both occasions. Which means I have to go to the depot to pick the items up myself. It seems to be a matter of my driver not wanting to perform the task that is his job, being to deliver the parcel. It seems all he has done is drive around, not come to my door, then click 'customer not home' and take my parcel back to the depot. Would be quite funny if it wasn't so frustrating.

never get my item and the status show delivered. I 1. 06/04/2018 15:30 Attempted delivery --> but never see any guy come. (I worked in the shop for the day.) 2. 09/04/2018 09:50 Delivered --> when My shop still closed. Who the one received it. I have no ideas how. Still haven't received my Nike Show packet. Have a no idea how Nike just cooperate with this worst logistic company. My shop business hours 10:00AM - 5:30PM every day

3 failed attempt deliveries to my workplace. Customer service claimed they attempted to deliver my item to our office via intercom... Two problems with that; 1.) We don't have an intercom & 2.) I checked the cameras at the dates and times they said they were at our office and no delivery in sight. Not to mention we were all in the office. Upon calling their customer service line, I have been informed that as of yesterday, the van carrying my item has been stolen. I give them an A+ effort for trying desperately to be THE WORST logistics company in Australia. Well done.

A ghost company which you can never successfully call them to arrange a pickup. An email was sent to me after an 'attempted delivery', there was supposed to be a calling card left, however I see nothing in my mailbox. Tried calling the number provided in the email to arrange a pick-up, and got transferred to local area office. It's business hour but no one was answering. Okay maybe they're busy at the moment, I'll try later then. Attempted 4 calls later, within their business hour, still NO Answer. Great, now I need to wait for another weekend for my redelivery.
