I’ve been waiting all day at home for my delivery from Temple & Webster, and I’ve just received a text message to say that no one was home to receive the delivery, and I now have to pay a fee to have the item redelivered.nnAfter I called Aramex to ask why the courier didn’t buzz the intercom, the representative told me he has a video of the courier buzzing the intercom but he can’t send it to me. So he sent me this helpful photo instead. Worst delivery service ever.
Terrible delivery of a parcel from an overseas sender. They abandoned my parcel in a public elevator lobby, admitted liability and left it up to the overseas sender to lodge a claim. As the sender says it's not their problem they have washed their hands of it and I'm out $500.nnUpdate: the followup from using the contact form suggested is that they wash their hands of it. Whilst they are solely responsible for failure to deliver it is up to the overseas sender to lodge a claim. And they don't care either. Avoid this company as much as you can.
This company is the definition of egregious; extremely bad in a way that is very noticeable.nnOrdered expensive artwork 3 weeks ago from Sydney to Melbourne. Finally had a calling card left 2 days ago when I had previously been told my package would definitely arrive days prior. Which I ensured I stayed home all day for, but in vain as of course they didn’t deliver it that day.nnThey left no details on the card, tracking online with no information on where to collect and abysmal communication by Aramex in attempts to find out where my package is.nnIt’s amazing how no one knows where my package is. Unnecessary stress before Christmas.
Delivery driver spent less than a minute between getting out of his van to leaving again. How is someone supposed to get to the door so fast, they could have mobility issues. So we missed a delivery, card left, arranged a redelivery online, received a confirmation email with no details. Check tracking, no update, wait a day, no update, reschedule delivery, receive confirmation email, still no update. I do this five times over 4 days. On day five I drive to the depot 1.5 hours and get told it's out for delivery today as of 6:00 am. Great where is my notification. I am told what notification do you expect, any modern system should be able to send an email or SMS. I will cancel any purchase where Aramex is the courier. Would rate 0 if it was possible. You are lucky to have an average rating of 0.2 above the minimum.
I have been trying for days to get in contact with someone to find out where the Aramex delivery driver has taken my parcel so I can collect it. Online inquiries have all been unanswered. Currently sitting in the online chat and have been waiting for 2 hours. No details were left on the card that the driver left. And it’s urgent medication! Will definitely be taking this to consumer affairs and the ACCC.
