I don’t usually write a review, much less a big chunk, but my experience with this one delivery was so bad I decided to leave one.nnThe problem started after the first attempted delivery of my package. Aramex left a delivery card at our mailbox with no address, nothing, but a tracking number that is different from the tracking number that I originally have. I was confused so I looked up their website to find the pickup location and saw courier locator. Our nearest suburb is at Sunshine; I tried to ring the number - it was unreachable. Didn’t even ring. So I called Mel deport to ask where my package was, which was surprisingly back at the deport. I don’t know what that card was even for.nnI asked for a redelivery option with a request to leave it at the entrance if no one was home because I don’t want the same problem. The caller told me I would receive it on next Monday. The call was on a Wed. Surprisingly, I received an email that Friday saying that redelivery had been attempted. I was work at that time so I immediately rang the depot to check if it really was left at my entrance or a mistake email. They said it hasn't been delivered and will be redelivered on Monday, and affirmed to me that they have noted down my request on the package. So, I thought maybe they sent the email wrong, but at least i got the confirmation I needed.nnThe delivery came on Tuesday - the card, that is. Another card in the mailbox - and again, with no address. Even with the special instruction. And even when my housemate was home at that time. She told me no one rang the bell.nnThis time, luckily, I received an email of where the pickup address was. As it happened, my friend kindly agree to help collect the package since she finished her shift earlier, so I decided to ring the pickup address to let them know. Unluckily, the address brought me to DHL services where they deny of any package from Aramex. I called on two separate occasions to confirm. Then I rang Mel deport and asked where in the world my package has gone! They apologized and assured me that it’s at 53 Berkshire Road, and wasn’t too sure about the DHL either as they cannot ring the number and said would email me back. The email I received was indeed at 53 Berkshire Road and google map didn't show their location. I just gave up and told my housemate to simply go collect it with my pin number. The location was indeed correct, but the shop was a different one. I think they should make it clear with the address. When I got back home and checked the package, the label of the special instruction was indeed on the package - the delivery driver did not read it apparently. I strongly recommend for Aramex to review a quality check on all delivery driver and to provide clear instruction. It's a total mess.
Have given 1 star rating....only because I can't give 0 rating. Actually if I could I would give it a minus rating!!nWorst courier company. Parcels were booked for pick up, but don't get picked up. We send through emails, make phone calls and are told it's moved to the next day.....This has been going on for over a week. We have buyers that are extremely unhappy with the fact that the parcels haven't moved. We were even told that a driver attempted to pick up, which was an absolute lie. We have purposely left our front door open. We have left a note on the door to say that the doorbell is working and to please ring it. Someone has had to stay home day after day waiting for drivers that don't show up. We have had to change appointments, cancel appointments to ensure someone was home. Nothing. It is beyond unacceptable. This is no way to run a business. I would not recommend Aramax to anyone. There are many other courier companies that are much more reliable. I am truly disgusted with the lack of service, the lack of care and the lies.
Worst customer service and courier service ever!!!nI ordered something in November and aramex didn’t even bother to deliver it. Said delivery failed but didn’t even attempt delivery. Paid another $5 to reattempt delivery and same outcome, failed delivery.nnI arranged to go pick it up after the new year and once I went there to pick it up the lady told me they sent it back to sender as I took too long. I told her this was ridiculous as I’ve arranged pickup only two weeks prior and it was Christmas and new years so they were closed. She then went and grabbed my parcel from the cage after my expressing dismay. So apparently it magically appeared and turns out they didn’t actually send it back. They lied to my face and I’ll never order with this courier service again. Someone urgently needs to report them and take this company/depot further.
Aramex has easily been the worst logistics company I’ve ever dealt with. I still haven’t received a single parcel from them, despite multiple supposed delivery attempts that never actually occurred.nnThey constantly push for redelivery requests and are experts at leaving invisible calling cards. When you contact customer service—who I assume are based overseas—you quickly realise they’re not trained to read or communicate information from their own system.nnThe entire service model feels designed to protect their staff instead of helping customers. After waiting three weeks with no progress, you’re told you must pay for a redelivery of the redelivery, and then wait yet another “24–48 hours” for confirmation.nnAsk for a manager? Apparently, there are none. Which might explain why there’s zero accountability and why they seem able to operate however they like, regardless of the impact on customers.nnSo now, after three weeks, I’m out $6 plus the actual cost of the item—which is not insignificant. At this point, it feels like extortion: you can’t access your own product unless you keep paying for repeated redeliveries.
A neighbour received a delivery from Aramex and immediately after, the driver reversed into our car and drove away. The incident was witnessed by the neighbour at the exact time of delivery.nnDespite clear circumstances and a witness, Aramex is denying responsibility. Given the volume of similar complaints online, this behaviour doesn’t surprise me at all.nnChasing them for accountability has been exhausting and impossible. This company is dishonest, evasive and indifferent to the damage they caused.nnDo not use this company…
