Absolutely terrible services. I paid for express post the courier said he couldn't find my address and it didn't exist. Upon calling toll to clear it up they had the correct address which was the same the courier apparently couldn't find so I had to go all the way to port Melbourne to pick it up for them to say it hasn't been sorted and it's not ready yet. Never ever use them they are pathetic

Did not arrive on time. Called to find out what happened. Got no idea where it is. Got lied to by the First point of contact on the phones. Got ran around by the supervisor who told me that the only way to contact the depot was by email.... ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!! You’re telling me that in May 2018, a supervisor at your company is unable to contact the depot by phone. Unacceptable. Spoke to another supervisor who told me the supervisor I first spoke to had gone home and told him nothing about my situation. Absolutely furious with the customer service. This supervisor said he had a contact at the depot and contacted him to ask him to continue to search for this package. ALSO, was told by the second supervisor, in very management like terms, that the depot ****** up with scanning of the package. The current scan that the tracking number was showing was very odd according to the supervisor I was speaking to. The importance of this package outweighes the money that was paid for it to be delieverd promptly that I am so desperate for it that I would’ve drove to Sydney to pick it up and I live in Melbourne. They have no idea where it is. Absolutely ridiculous.

Driver scheduled to pick up my package, instead of picking up the package, watched him drive past my house without stopping, then called customer service to learn that the driver marked me as not home. Now i've had to reschedule for a few days from now. Amazing service, would recommend to everyone.

This is an international company that claims to make thousands of deliveries per day. Yet nothing of mine has ever been delivered, I've always had to go out of my way and pick it up. Toll delivery people are lazy. If it looks too hard, it probably is, therefor they sit in their truck and mark as "undeliverable". Also drivers are not provided with company phones, so if you did leave your contact details on your parcel, bad luck, you will not be contacted. The internal systems are also a catastrophe. You would think that a global company like Toll, would have the resources to develop a smarter and more efficient internal process and technology, to aid and assist consumers. But no. If my parcel cannot be delivered, I do not hear about it. They say they leave a card, but I've never seen one. What are these mythical cards that all customer support agents claim to be real? Australia post leaves cards. They also have the decency to text and email you as to when your parcel will be delivered and ask whether the time frame suits you. And, their customer support team is not based in some foreign call centre where their staff literally do not give a flying duck about what happens to your parcel. So I sit here and wait, for someone to contact me about when and where I can pick up my parcel, before it is sent back to the UK... But who am i kidding, I will never get a call or text. Because apparently Toll does not supply their staff with phones, just crappy automated systems and robots. The "AI" revolution has begun people. However, there is nothing "Intelligent" about this one.

They are the worst!!!! Don’t ever use them If you have a choice, customer service is pitiful. They delivered my parcel to the wrong address, I keep getting assured they will follow it up and call me then nothing. Now been on hold for 30min and this is the 4th time I’ve called today!
