Genuinely fail to see how this company is still in business. I’m guessing from charging extortionate rates to insurance companies. Second car delivered in two days is embarrassing. First car had engine management light on, required maintenance and stunk of wet dog. Second car delivered today looks like it hasn’t been deep cleaned since new. The dirt is engrained on the doors and inside. The accident wasn’t my fault and now I am stuck driving this. They should be ashamed sending cars out like this. Unfortunately I have no choice to go elsewhere as it is what my insurance company have selected. Avoid at all costs and go elsewhere
One of their drivers wrote my car off on Friday. Both the driver and his manager gave full unequivocal admissions of liability, as their driver failed to give way when exiting the car wash, assuring me they would sort everything out for me. 5 days later the branch manager reneges totally!!! What a great company this is!!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I am very disappointed with this company and their attitude. Got a curtesy car from them, returned it back, and after two days I have received two phone calls where they thanked me for bringing car back in perfect condition, nice and clean. It was all great and yet, two weeks later, I got an email with a bill for broken windscreen that I haven't damaged. The fact that they took £250 from my account without my permission is just horrendous. Still confused and shocked about what happened and why it took them two weeks to tell me that the car had broken windscreen. LV insurance should not use this company.
Fantastic service! Really helpful staff, friendly and super efficient. They made the whole process easy and trouble free. Highly recommended! Will definitely use again.
The blonde guy with long hair has some issues. Said that I have damaged the van. 100% sure that I did not do that. This is cliche enterprise. He said that this damaged not registered. So, unfortunately…. He just said “unfortunately” 10 times within 10 second. Thankfully manager came and said this damage within the standart and we dont charge you at all. If you rent a car, please make a 4K-forensically approved video. And, if the guyI described him above is there please ask someone else for checking vehicle. I am sure he hates the human species.
I regularly rent from another Enterprise branch with no problems and had a one way hire, dropping off in Torquay. Upon arrival the staff member was very aggressive and officious from the start. He started making notes about 'damage ' to the two year old van I was returning even though it was in the same excellent condition as it was when I picked it up 24 hours earlier. I videoed and photographed the vehicle which only made him worse. Having taken advice from the original hire branch I walked away and did not sign for the alleged damage. My deposit was refunded in full by the other branch and I was told by them that he was rude to their assistant manager. BE AWARE!
Terrible service, would not trust the customer service reps they lied to our faces, told to bring the vehicle back but when we arrived no one was there and the office was closed Do not use this location ever.
Got a chipped windscreen and they charged my card the full deposit of £1150. When asking about when the actual cost would be known and when my card would be refunded they said up to 6 weeks. I am still waiting on an update despite being told the van had a replacement screen fitted the next day! How can a national hire company not know how much they charge for a simple replacement screen. Have used them several times but this will be the last time ! Avoid at all cost.
Staff are a joke rented a car for 3pm I was late by 13 mins let the car go to another person had to wait 2 days for another car absolute joke. If i had another option I'd never use this company. Very very unhappy with the service.
I have rented vehicles a few times, but this was the first time with Enterprise. Bit of a hiccup at the start with a delay whilst they were getting the car prepped 7 seat Galaxy but the lady at the counter apologised and got it sorted out these things happen but its how they get resolved that matters. Vehicle was clean and in good order and there is a petrol station almost next door so you can fill up had a long journey and didn't want to risk running low in an unfamiliar car Returning the car was quick and easy I'm always careful to make sure the car is as clean as possible when I return it and the deposit was processed the same day. Very happy with the whole process and happy to recommend them based on this experience
