I've used Budget Geelong multiple times for multiple moves and their service has been exemplary. Customer service and the actual process of hiring the vehicles/equipment has been fantastic. I actually made an error in booking my second time around, and I received a call from the staff to fix everything up. Couldn't rate the service here any higher. Anthony was an absolute treat to deal with from first enquiry to final payment. The truck was well maintained and easy to load/drive. With moving house comes a lot of stress and Budget took a lot of that stress away by being so easy to deal with.

Got nice options from them. And the service desk lady was very helpful and polite in terms of explaining things throughout the process.

Yesterday, being Mother’s Day, i needed to drive to Melbourne for family lunch. Annoyingly my own car started making an odd noise Saturday and I didn’t feel safe driving my son and I up to town in it. I hopped on-line and compared prices of local rental car companies. Budget was by far the most reasonably priced. The online booking system was easy to use and the staff at La Trobe Terrace were very kind and thoughtful I was a bit stressed trying to fit so much in on one day. I picked up the car Sunday morn, and returned it same day. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough for their efficiency, thoughtfulness and the quality of vehicles on offer.

Spoke to Richard and Erika and they were able to organise a truck that totally spontaneous with no warning. We’re able to assist me with a free trolley also. A great assistance during a difficult time

Courteous no fuss booking and pickup. I needed a lift van and took the only available size provided, too big for my application but no complaints. Make sure you ask for all switches, controls etc.
