Terrible online service... be prepared to try and check out for an hour before they advise you can no longer purchase item. Waste of time!! i've had 3 bad experiences with Reebonz 1 they sold me a fake Burberry bag and made me jump hoops to get my money back and return the bag 2 made me wait 4 weeks for a bag before advising it was damaged in their warehouse and they would only be able to send me a damaged bag 3 tried to check out for over an hour only to be told sorry technical issue... the bag then sold and they could not odder the same or similar bag or even honour the price. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!
Please don’t buy any bag from them; they sell used bag as brand new after cleaning and polishing. They have very bad customer service. They put designer bags one sell for cheap price as brand new because they are used and don’t come with manufacturer’s packaging. They are fraud and scamming a customer so please becareful from such un authoritised retailer. One last thing, Reebonz buy damaged and broken designer bags, and they repair it with their repair team and then sell it as brand new or great condition.
I love to shop at the convenience of my home, browse through a variety of fashion products and avail special offers - and Reebonz is my favorite online shopping portal. The attractive offers and wide designer collection is difficult to ignore. I am completely addicted to it.
A very nasty company which floods my email inbox with advertisements. I have unsubscribed many times but they ignore and keep sending me junk mails. A company that does obey the law is not a company you should trust!
