Burberry

Always love visiting this store.. as an avid traveler love to pick up one or two things here. Beautiful store & keen sharp eyes of Marky who would get just what I wanted. Great guy who offered water.. sparkling… and a box of chocolate too.

Appalling service and bad business model. They didn't have the trench coat in my size to try on, so I needed to order it in and pay in full in advance Even though I paid in Australian dollars in a Sydney store, I was charged a few hundred dollars in international bank fees as it's registered as a UK company. When my trench coat came in and I was able to try it on, it was the wrong size. For me to try on a different size, I needed to order another trench coat and yet again pay in full in advance and have the other coat refunded. Refunds take 3 weeks to process so at this stage I am out of pocket for two trench coats and two hefty international bank fees, with no trench coat to show. The way Burberry refunds isn't a simple reversal, so the international transfers do not get refunded either. In addition the sales person was trying to convince me to buy one of the trench coats that was in store which was 3 sizes too large. Lastly, both times I was in the store the temperature was over 30degrees and not once was I offered water. I recommend for others to purchase their Burberry products online through netaporter, or Farfetch as their customer service is far superior.

The interior of the shop was set out really nicely. I felt as if they treated be relatively well, seeing as I'm a student etc. The doorman was friendly and courteous, and the sales assistant really tried to help give me the best service she could - going to the back to find the ribbon colour, packing it all nicely, etc - without giving off an annoyed or condescending vibe

Came from Melbourne for holiday. Visited the store unplanned with my 3 adults kids yesterday evening. A warm welcome from a door lady when we arrived. A shop consultant name Marki if im not mistaken, couldn't remember precisely assisted me with which Lola bag suited me better. He is professional, patient and helpful. Gave me and kids drinks too, as the weather was humid and we looked tired from walking around the city. To conclude our visit, the shop consultant also offered us a Bluberry photo booth before we left, which we did happily just available for festive season only. So happy with my Lola bag and kids also like the bag that I bought. They really enjoyed the store too, we had a great time!! Thank you.

Good store heaps of stuff Staff are friendly and helpful

Very Poor customer service, guy followers me all around the shop whilst I was looking. Felt very uncomfortable and pressured.

Love the store and the customer service is truly amazing. Couple of small things, the smell when you first walk in to the store isn’t great - wouldn’t stop me from shopping there again but it would improve the experience for sure. Also, at Gucci and LV etc we get offered drinks not that I want one but I wasn’t sure if Burberry doesn’t offer drinks or I didn’t spend enough? All in all love the brand !

Store looked beautiful and presentation was great, asked the lady for medium shorts and she came back with XL and was very pushy and insistent on me buying shorts that I could barely keep on because they were so big

Friendly staff! The sales specialist was very helpful, she searched the whole store to make sure I received a brand new handbag. She packed everything I bought so nicely and made sure I left the store happy! Will be back :
