Queues, queues and more queues! You better come with time enough to this store because you will need to wait insane amounts of time. If you need a different size or an item from the warehouse, you will need to wait at least 30 min to get them. Sometimes even though I waited for +30 min, the items were never brought upstairs and I wasted my time standing up there. They do not have self-checkout system but long lines so, in order to pay you will also need to queue for a looooong time. The separated cash for returns is never available making it also hard to get reimbursed since you have to wait the long standard queue. Shopping here is really inconvenient and a waste of your time.

If I could leave 0 starts I would. Worst Zara I have ever been to in my life, and I have been to many. The staff is RUDE. There is no manager around. You seriously need to do something about it if you care about your image, Zara. Specially in a capital city like Brussels. Just don't shop here, it's a mess.

Very very bad handling of online orders. Calling and letting them know 3-4 times, and still waiting and waiting in front of a door without even any proper instruction or receiving, just having to get stuck in middle of the path waiting. I surely do not enjoy being treated as if I'd wait in queue for humanitarian aid, but as a customer who decently orders and follows/expects delivery. This surely makes the shopping experinece "pleasant"!

Zara means style if you want to have it just go there and carefully see all and chekbit. I'm sure you will find suitable ones that fits in your need.

Love the design and value. I also got myself a puffer jacket here and a reasonable price.

One particular staff you know who u are u big, short curly hair honey u need help is extremely aggressive and rude on purpose. Until that is removed, never plan on ever going back for the horrific experience. The other members were nice but all being afraid of her rages, couldn’t help. Please remove her

Very busy place, there are always a lot of people outside and inside. Long queues on fitting rooms and counters. Apart from that, clothing ia nice, quality ia good, price is fair, and importantly the staff is very helpful. Exchange policy is good so you can exchange anything within 14 days of purchase.

Staff is extremely and utterly rude, really unbearable. Please act immediately as I read tons of similar reviews, so clearly something is not working from management here.

Zara is a great shopping place. The rates are quite low as compared to other zara outlets

Had to wait in line for 30 minutes and there was only one person at the cashier. Other employees just walked around and didn't come to help with the long line.
