Prouds Jewellers

After having received rather poor service at Tissot I was walking towards my car park when I saw a watch on the Prouds window that caught my attention. From that point onwards the service I received was exceptional. The patience while I selected the watch, The way it was fitted to my wrist to ensuring they provided me details of a highly regarded watch maker who could take care of my Swiss watches in Sydney. Getting good service is rare but this was brilliant and must be appreciated. Thanks to Irene who I believe is the manager who assisted me.

Never gonna buy from this company. Got a stainless bracelet for 59$ and I’m told to come back if I want it to resize it. They ask for 40$!! I asked for somewhere else they said they can do for 30$. Can’t believe they are charging to resize for their own product. Such a shame.

Exceptional customer service by all staff. Highly recommended. Went there to get watch band sized that was purchased from different proud store but they took time to help me and made sure it was done properly. Special shout out for young lady with name starting T .

Hannah hates helping people. Why she would be in customer service is astounding. Argumentative and rude. She refused an exchange already approved by head office. Really don’t recommend dealing with Prouds Pitt St. I’ve shopped at so many Prouds stores and this was by far the worst experience. And last.

This is the first time I gave five stars for anyone. They are really friendly, really good customer service, always willing to give a good deal. Some jewellers are a bit up them selves at first but these guys have always been respectful and really nice. 10/10 bigger range of men's rings than most jewellers. Mainly nine karat stuff but still some very nice pieces. I have half-a-dozen items from Prouds and will definately be getting a couple more.

Never buy from these people for Christmas and etc. The worst jewllery shop in whole world just deceive people with their display models and then offer you something terrible. If you want to be cheated just buy from these people. Don't forget to make complaint from them always even to court.

Excellent customer services! I should ask the name of the gentleman who attended me in the store ...he was very polite, friendly! I went again after few days, Bibi sorry if I spell incorrectly your name he is the gentleman who is excellent, polite and patient with the customers .

Very poor customer service. A couple've months ago my partner bought me a rose golden bracelet from Prouds Jewellery. The little hook where you attach the ring to close, broke. Actually we thought that it broke the little clip was held in. It was so tiny that we were unable to see that the little lit was tucked in and it was stuck, which can happen. He went back this weekend to the jewellery to get it fixed. There was a lady that helped him and quickly found out that it just was stuck, so she fixed it in a couple seconds. She also added an extra ring to resize it. This whole process maybe took 5min. The little ring that she attached was not silver or gold because it discoloured already after a day wearing it. MY PARTNER HAD TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT YOU HAD TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. She fixed it within 5min. And didn't even add something valuable on it! She asked $20 for it which is just ridiculous to ask any money / dollar as we are regular customers and it cost the lady 5 minutes just to fix! How can they ask anyone money for this type of thing? Obviously he didn't say anything and just paid. But this will be the last time that we will be shopping at Prouds Jewellery. We will go to another Jewellery with better customer service because that's what counts for us more than anything else. Especially when you talk about jewellery.

My son had taken my wife to Prouds at Erina Fair for her to pick out a Saphire ring she had wanted for her birthday which is on the 21st of December and as usual they only have 1size in store and you have to order in, which is not a problem as it normally only takes up to 3 weeks. My son put the ring on lay buy on the 29/11/2015 and was told the order would take up to 3 weeks. My son went in again the following Saturday 06/12/2015, and paid more money off the laybuy. The same afternoon my wife recieved a phone call from a young girl who works at the Jewellers and advised my wife that Due to the overwhelming orders for christmas she would not get her birthday present until the 22nd of January 2016. Needless to say how upset my wife, she advised the young girl that she would get her son to cancel as this is supposed to be her Birthday Present and why would Prouds allow people to buy their loved ones a gift for either Birthday/Christmas when they arent going to get it. This is unacceptable!!!! Why would you put out a catalogue for people to purchase items knowing that there is only ever 1 size in the store and then they have do a "Special Order".The Ring that my son lay buyed for my wife was on sale at the end of November' not even in the December Catalogue. We will NEVER buy another thing from Prouds The Jewellers and will make sure that other people are aware at such poor customer service.
