Bobby and Daniella are hands down the most amazing people we have had the pleasure of doing business with.  14 years ago, we approached them to help with our wedding bands. But they were able to help with the engagement ring too, remodelling it to match the wedding band my wife had envisaged.  My own memory is of Bobby spending hours with me on CAD, designing my ring in the exact proportions that I wanted, and then made a wax model for me to wear for the week to make sure I really liked it. I absolutely still love it and get compliments all the time.  But the really amazing experience is that recently, after not having visited for over 10 years, I called to have our rings cleaned and replated. Danielle after hearing my name, without skipping a beat said, "Leonard and Stephanie right".  They are truly customer focused and design wonderful jewellery to boot. We have been recommending Daniella Jewellery to anyone we hear of that is getting married, although the next opportunity might not be till our own 2 boys are ready to propose. But believe you me, we will be going there, and I'm certain that they will be there still providing exceptional service and products.  Thanks Bobby and Danielle

I visited about 6 or 7 different jewelers to find a diamond and have a customer ring made. Daniella Jewellers were able to provide me with the most info about diamonds. They did not just explain the standard 4 C's to me, but went beyond this and explained all the other important things to look for which I had no idea about no other jeweller provided this info!. Highly recommend visiting this store just to learn about diamonds.  The diamond and final product were stunning and the quality of the ring is flawless. Thank you once again Danielle and Bobby!

I can’t recommend Daniella Jewellers enough! We happened upon Daniella by chance when we walked into their store in search of an engagement ring and wedding bands. We didn’t need to consider any other jewellers as Bobby and Danielle made us feel so comfortable right away, with great advice, beautiful custom design and craftsmanship and a manner that included us in every step of the way. Our rings were stunning and we could not have been happier.  That was 15 years ago, and we love our rings as much as we did when we first got them. The aftercare service has never fallen short even after this time, we still visit regularly to get our rings cleaned and maintained - when Bobby is essentially gives me back my rings looking like they are new. Bobby and Danielle are the best jewellers in Sydney! We had my beautiful pink sapphire engagement ring and wedding ring designed and made by them 4 years ago - and I still get compliments on the ring all the time! They also offer amazing post-purchase service - whenever I’m in the city I pop in to get my rings cleaned for free, and they are genuinely interested in how our life is going  we recommended these guys to our friends who also got their rings from them - and they are super happy too.  They always make you feel very welcome in their store and you know your ring was made with love and care, which makes it all the more special.

Bobby and Danielle were amazing and super helpful when it came to helping me choose and customise my fiancee's engagement ring. They are such genuine and down to earth people that made a stressful process stress-free.  I came to Bobby knowing nothing about rings and he explained and educated me about all the different properties of diamonds which helped me feel confident about my purchase in my price range. Craftsmanship and Attentive Service We were referred to Daniella Jewellers by a work colleague, who highly recommended their services back in 2015, to replace jewellery. From our own experience, we would highly recommend Daniella Jewellers, as well. We found both Bobby and Danielle amazing husband and wife team to be professional, customer focus and expert jewellers. What stood out is from start to finish they provided well considered advice and of course this is backed by Bobby’s expert craftsmanship - we couldn’t be happier with the beautiful wedding band and the remodelled engagement ring.  Therefore, we did not hesitate to entrust Daniella Jewellers with a priceless piece of jewellery handed down in the family for careful restoration, recently in 2021. We are thrilled by the restoration work or as a work colleague calls it, a “glow up” of a much loved family heirloom. Thank you, Bobby and Danielle.

Absolutely loved working with Bobby and Danielle. Such a smooth experience, knowledgeable and you can tell they take care and pride in their work.  I was referred to them by a colleague who had gotten his wedding and engagement rings from there as well.  They worked with my fiancé and I to pick my engagement, and our wedding rings designs. Then helped us pick the diamond I wanted for my engagement ring. They made the rings perfectly and we couldn’t be happier. I can’t recommend them enough.

I shopped with Danielle and Bobby for our engagement ring. Both of them took their time to explain everything slowly and clearly to me and there didn't feel like there was any pressure. The whole experience felt very comfortable and was such a pleasure. The engagement ring turned out stunning and I would highly recommend to anyone!

Bobby and Danielle were very helpful and guided me throughout the process of choosing and customising my fiance's engagement ring.  When I first reached out to them, they took the time to explain their services and the process of choosing and customising a ring and picking a diamond. We were in constant communication throughout this step and Danielle ensured that my ideas could be best translated into the designs that she was showing me.  Despite being indecisive, they showed me all of the different design ideas I had regardless of how subtle the changes were, to allow me to pick the design that I’m most happy with. The final product came out as imagined and I was extremely happy with the quality of the workmanship.  After the purchase, they gave my fiance and I a lot of essential care advice and did not hesitate to inform us on the complimentary post-sales services they provided.  On top of all of the amazing services they have provided, Bobby and Danielle are great people to get to know on a personal level and we were extremely happy with our experience.

I had a great experience with Daniella jewellers and would recommend them to anyone. Bobby & Danielle were extremely polite and took the time to walk me through every step of the custom engagement ring making process from start to finish.
