Great expereince, excellent staff.
My husband purchased my wedding ring from here, was an extremely generous purchase.... take it home find CHIPS in my diamond? How is that even possible? Have been told by other jewelers they are just glorified retailers not a jewelers. So heartbroken! You should be ashamed of yourself!
Horrible service, arrogant and rude shop assistant. Looked us up and down as soon as we stepped in and seem to decide that we weren't worth the time. Only spoke to us when we physically went up to her, no greetings. Go to Victoria and Albert if you want actual help.
If you want the best in service of older antiques then ask for Ursula as she is the hand that will guide you right to what it is you are looking for and unlike others she will not just take your money and forget you . Sometimes you get the old fashioned service if you go looking for it.
Very friendly staff who helped me find exactly what I needed for my fiancé. Highly recommend!
Staff were just unbelievably rude and arrogant. I asked to see a ring and was told a categorical “no”. I thought she misunderstood me and asked again, only to be told “no” again. I left the shop in disbelief, I was so shocked. I couldn’t believe how I was treated.
