Quality of work is good however he lost a strap to an expensive pair of heels I brought in which are now no longer useful to me. Very disappointing as i feel the negotiation for compensation was unfair. For this reason i will not be returning.
Don't go here! The guy forced a fat pen into the side of one of my shoes right in front of me trying to exaggerate a point. Yes there was a very small weakening of the stitching before but now the shoe is stuffed! He was trying to make the repair job far more expensive than it needed to be. Thanks for deliberately ruining my shoe!
