I was recommended this place from the original Dr Marten store to get in soles replacements done. I have to give it to John - he has been so amazing throughout the whole process, given me his honest expertise opinion AND has done such a fantastic job on the in sole replacement on my 13+ year Dr Martens AND even polished the outside of it. Best shoe repairs, make shoes like new, go see the guys, they’ll tell you wether they are worth fixing or not, great service. If you have a pair of shoes you love, very worth the trip.

They ripped my other sole apart just to prove a point that my other already-ripped sole is made of a "cardboard". I said I can't afford a $85 sole, my shoes only worth $100 ish anyway. So I said I'll just buy a glue. Then suddenly their face becomes very unhappy. While I was still smiling after all they have done.  To shop owner: I will only delete this post if you are willing to make it up.

These guys did such a great job at replacing my favourite boots' cracked soles for a rad price and were super friendly!

Came here to have a pen engraved. Was a bit worried because the pen was a gift to my boss. The result was amazing. It cost $25. There were samples of the writing styles to choose. And the to-be-result was shown to me before it was engraved. Would definitely return for future engraving works.

Cartier referred us to this engraver for our non Cartier wedding ring as Cartier engraves their own products in house we had different bands. Our engraving was completed on the spot, was beautifully executed and was surprisingly reasonably priced considering its location.

This is the God father of shoe makers. My shoes are in good hands

I would highly recommend Brice's Shoe Repairs. They fixed the broken handle of my Kate Spade handbag so well I can't even tell which was the one they fixed. The turnaround was very fast - only 1-2 business days - & price very reasonable.  I went to 2 other CBD shoe repair places beforehand & was told either they couldn't fix it / that it was too complicated / it would take 2 weeks / there'll be visible stitching in the front of the bag.  Brice's inspected the bag thoroughly before taking it, explained exactly how they would fix it & were extremely capable & professional. Very happy with the service & will definitely be back!

Quality shoe repair that was expedient and inexpensive. Would highly recommend and will be taking my Oxfords back again when needed. The gentleman who worked on my shoes was friendly and had a great sense of humour.
