Friendly customer service and well designed shoes. Found it fair bit expensive though. And my shoes started to show different color when it started getting loose just after wearing for about three times. So not that well thought out! They should have expected shoes to loosen up a bit and wished they colored it deep.
250$ and after 3 months the sole had a crack in the middle. 180$ and the new shoes are broke again after 8 months. They said "1 years of warranty" bat it s not true!!! as a good customer 4 pairs of shoes in 14 months i expected a better service. I m very disappointed
Good place to select and try on the shoes of their brand. Service is ok. Sell at full price and refuse to price match. Prices at 70% markup compared to US. Easy to order elsewhere with a significant discount. Shoe sizes are consistent, so no need to try on the exact pair to buy.
Every year I buy 1 pair from this store. Good customer service. After trying other brands I finally settled with Rockport shoes. These shoes are very comfortable, lightweight, durable etc
Sales person tried to sell me a "water proofing" treatment for an extra $17. No thanks. When I asked if I could leave the shoe box with them and put the shoes in my backpack they told me "you won't be able to return the shoes without the box". Shoes were $50 more expensive than online. But it was an emergency - I needed them for the next day. My first pair of Rockport shoes. Hope I haven't made a mistake.

15 months ago, I purchased a pair of Rockports not only because of their great reputation for fit and comfort, which is well justified, but also because of their build quality. I know about the shoe's quality because my father-in-law always bought Rockports as they lasted forever. Testament to this, is that today I still wear a pair of his Rockports which he bought some twenty years ago. So when my only-15 month-old Rockports developed a hole at one of the seams I was confident that the problem would be fixed. Contrary to my expectations, I was flatly and somewhat abruptly told by the sales person in the Pitt Street, Sydney store that there was only a 12 month warranty. When I pointed out Rockports attract a price premium because they are a top-end product both in terms of function and quality I was rudely told bad luck. Therefore, my note of caution to a potential buyer of a Rockport product is to be careful for you are paying top dollar for a product which offers only a 12 month warranty and buying from an organisation that is indifferent to giving fair customer service.
Rockport never disappoints me. Bought my 3rd pair. They are always comfortable and well-crafted. Pricey, but worth it and they last long.
Got 2 pairs of very comfortable sneakers on sale. The shop assistant was helpful and quite pleasant
The staff at Rockport are always helpful and friendly. I have been a fan of Rockport for years, for the comfort and wear. Located adjacent to the Hilton Hotel in Pitt Street Sydney, the shop has easy access.
