Stella was nothing short of Stellar! I entered Swiss Concept looking for my first major time piece to celebrate my 30th birthday and 5 years in business. I was met with professionalism, respect and the highest levels of customer service. My preference was noted and Stella gladly took my name down for the waiting list. 3-4 months later I received the best New Years surprise call and was told that I could collect my watch on the weekday. Word's cant express how grate-full I am to own this time piece and the experience was only made better by the genuine care the staff showed. Hoping to be back when i hit future milestones.

I was fortunate to have been assisted by Maggie. She's one of the good sales people out there in the world of luxury watches, other sales agents can come as pushy and even rude but not Maggie, she is knowledgeable, patient, honest and courteous. I was in the look for a nice dual time watch and she assisted me in purchasing the Reverso Duoface Tribute, such a very nice piece and is my favourite watch at this stage due its uniqueness among my small collection of watches. I'd definitely come back should I require another fine time piece in the future. Also, I've been waiting for the Rolex GMT Master II for quite some time now. If I can get it for a special occasion this coming April 2023 Hopefully can get by the end of March then I'd be greatly indebted. All the best to your team.

Visited the Swiss Concept earlier today to look for an entry-level lady Rolex watch for my wife to celebrate our anniversary. Victor served us and he was super friendly and attentive. He managed to secure us a very simple OP with a blue dial. We were very happy with the watch and service and it was truly an amazing experience. Will definitely recommend and be back for more. Thanks Victor and the team! Update 19/11/21: We visited the boutique again today and we were delighted that I was finally able to get my first Rolex Datejust for myself from Victor with my preferred configuration. I couldn't believe that he was able to offer this piece in a perfect timing. I cannot thank him enough for always providing a pleasant experience. Definitely the best AD in Sydney and will be back again. Thanks again Victor and the team!
