It's a bit tricky to find as it's inside a multistorey building. But if you follow the address and look for the number outside not a problem. It's easy to order online then pick up in store. ABC has a small show room which I find great to have a look at product options in person. Also have some jewellery which is quite nice in my opinion. It would be great if another office was accessible closer to western Sydney to avoid postage costs.
Really bad experience. Degrading customer service! These guys are quick to sell you but when it comes to buy back, they are the worst. I went to their Sydney office, rang the bell, no answer for at least 5 min, thought I should go back but decided to give another try, nothing for another 5 min, another try, finally a rude guy comes out to tell me that ringing bell once is enough, really? Then when I entered, I was told, feel free to look around without asking me why I was there. Confused and not knowing what to do I just waited, after some time a lady came out and I had to ask her what and how I can have a buy back service, later told to sit in a dingy room and wait. The person attended at the end was decent. But the whole experience was horrible and I do not recommend ABC Bullion to anyone. Definitely not their Sydney office.
ABC Bullion's service is very accomodating. The staff is very helpful with personal service especially when I find making decision very hard. He took time to listen to my situation, and provide a few good options based on his customary service experience which I could choose from. It has been very confusing and difficult time for many to secure financial situation, so I appreciate the service provided at ABC Bullion.
So the place is somewhat hard to find. Once your in, your usually hit with the rudest receptionist ever, invision a woman who has went through menopause and come out scared, but in their early 30's. Long wait times, rude service. There is a pawn shop literally 100m or less down the road and pay cash on the spot up to 10k or more and it takes about 2 to 5 min if selling gold and silver. They pay very close to spot.
Situated very close to Martin Place with parking of ease too. Accessibility of their products was fortunate and market pricing was ok. Not enough customer service once you pass the secure door, there was one lady expected to tend to 10-15 individual transactions whilst there was an office full of staff through the clear window.
Traded in a small amt of silver about 1k aud worth on Dec 17 and was promised funds will hit my account within a day or 2. It was paid 1 month later. Not sure if this is common or a 1 off but pretty poor form.
I've purchased precious metals here for someb time. One day we'll have as financial collapse, protect yourself and loved ones. Fiat company is worthless, invest.
ABC Bullion is absolutely critical during this collapsing fiat fiasco. ABC's staff are a well oiled team, i can rely on excellent personal service which is consistent and refreshing. Very professional and take any order/sale seriously and execute transactions swiftly. Well done ABC Bullion.
Long time customer with ABC Bullion, always great service and friendly staff. They provide some excellent products to.
Similar experience to the other reviews on here. Waited a while before they opened the door for me. Service wasn’t great and it wasn’t bad but you would expect a little better.
