I enjoy buying from this store location the most because all the staff are very helpful, nice and friendly. It doesn't feel awkward to browse around and ask for advice. Although I just wish that they have more kids' sizes and options, most of their stuff here are for teens and adults.

Many great products, and found curved pointe sewing needle!! Found really nice warm up pants as well as wide pointe selection and leotards. Came from Japan and I use bloch products there, so thought why not visit it in Australia.

In store service wasn't bad!! However, imagine my disappointment two days later when the very pricey dance shoes I'd purchased then went on sale. I immediately reached out to customer service, since most brands have a 30 day price guarantee where they refund the difference when items go on sale. I then had to follow up Bloch online for 2 months before I was told they were unable to offer me a refund. This is a ridiculous concept to me, given that I simply could have taken my unworn fully price dance shoes in store, gotten a refund then repurchased them for over 20% off. This would have been possible but I'm disabled and live over 20km away, not that it should matter! :

Super helpful staff, particularly a lady named Ashleigh. I am a professional ballet dancer and have never worn Bloch before so being in Australia I was keen for a fitting. She was very friendly, helpful and professional. She made sure I had the absolute best fit possible and asked many questions regarding how I felt in the shoes. Then let's just mention the stunning variety of leotards. This store is an experience on its own, well worth visiting

I went for my first pointe shoe fitting here. My fitter was very friendly and professional, and I got to try at least 8 pairs of pointe shoes in 5 different styles before deciding on one. The fitting place was also very comfy with a big couch and barre.

Today once again the experience was outstanding! Special thanks to Kathy for making my daughters first Pointe shoe fitting a memorable one! Amazing customer service! This is the second time I have visited this store and I have to say I am very impressed. Shannon who assisted my daughter was absolutely amazing! Thank you.

I honestly haven't had the best experiences at Bloch as the young girls tend to be judgemental and unhelpful to people who don't dance professionally. However, today Kathy was an excellent sales women and helped me immensely. Made me feel comfortable and secure. The store on York Street also has a huge collection and good prices!

The staff here are very helpful and really know their stuff at this Blochs store. Especially when fitting dancing shoes. Many students from our dancing school travel into the city to purchase their pointe shoes. They have a larger variety on the shelf and the customer service provided by the staff is excellent. The Bloch brand is very good quality with lots of variety in style, fit and sizing. I replaced my Jazz shoes here recently. The previous pair of Bloch Jazz shoes had lasted close to 10 years. Impressive. I have also purchased ballroom shoes from here, which have also lasted well and are very comfortable.

Had my first experience at a dance store to buy some dance tights and the staff are very helpful! I had trouble deciding what colour to buy, but they mentioned they had samples I could try, which helped me out a lot.

Had a pointe shoe fitting here and the girl that helped me was super helpful and patient, letting me try on all the pairs and sizes I wanted. However, I think I'll go for a different style next time. I'll definitely be back for my next fitting!
