In the past I’ve ordered black caps , staff were always helpful and orders some in for me . Today I was met by a young lady who clearly didn’t want to help me, it was like I was bothering her . I just walked out . I’ll buy from Amazon in future

Efficient professional and prompt customer service is key   The  friendly staff member that attended to me at Marrickville metro presented as such   which makes him an asset to any team which was all due to his impeccable performance from initial phone contact to the completion of my transaction. Was ok. Wasn’t treated very fairly needed help the workers ignored me, I was blantantly calling out for assistance and Tom the worker ignore it same as the others, was hard trying to buy boots for work, wouldn’t help out.  Apart from that everything’s fine.

Visited on 4 Jan 2022. Was assisted by Jim who was very helpful indeed and helped me get everything  my daughter needed for her school uniform. Thank you

Always a good shop, compared to other branches. Choose your items carefully, pricing can be misleading, as it is large enough to see just so many large poster signs leaves you a bit confused.

The staff are very friendly & helpful buy all my clothes from there they're good quality & great value
