As an ex-employee of this store I can say how terrible it really is. No care for its staff, no care for Health and Safety (apart from the fact that they can get in trouble for it) and no care for quality service. Many of the Managers’ less-liked staff members are constantly bullied at work (with one person even having people being paid to bully them) and getting less hours purely because the manager doesn’t like them. Constantly there are health and safety issues in the store, from bags being left in front of the emergency power cut-off to a toad being found living in the kitchen, as well as a lack of training for staff with handling food (people not using gloves very often) and general safety procedures. Also the red rooster delivery cars are always in shambles with mess everywhere and no-to-minimal servicing leading to bald tyres and other issues. Tl;dr, the store is an accident waiting to happen and I, in no way, recommend getting food from here.

They always get it wrong even know they repeat it back to you so you have to hold out the customers behind you to doublecheck your burgers that is ridiculous out on the chips. I live in upper Coomera and I call them up to say you've missed out on the chips they tell me that they they are right and I am wrong and the chips worst would red rooster either. We should all put a petition together to get a red rooster that is a lot better

The food we had was GREAT. They delivered it to us from over 8km away and they got here on time and the food was not soggy or cold. The service we had was absolutely amazing. I would recommend this for an easy dinner or Lunch.

Ordered some children nuggets at the drive through for a quick snack...opened to bag and found that most had been over cooked to the point of almost burned....disappointed...wont be going back anytime soon.

This Red Rooster is the worst on the Gold Coast, they never get the order right. I just ordered a whole chicken and I got a few pieces of squashed chicken in a box. Not going back to this place again.
