What a mess, I ordered the whole chicken and asked for it to be cut, as I order this often I know what to expect and it usually makes a great base for platters. Today the chicken was mangled the skin was even removed from some pieces and not cut through. Disappointed to say the least.
Ummm… Just ordered food from here and there is a COCKROACH LEG in the bottom of the chip box! DISGUSTING!nnI have tried to call and get a refund but no one will answer the phone! This is so feral nnWe’ve pulled chips out of the way for the photo. It’s all going in the bin. Who knows where else the cockroaches all crawl around.
You can't see the menu board properly & the speaker for order is ridiculous you can not understand what they are saying. However the service girl was lovely & helpful. Meal was average, chicken was so tough needed a steak knife to saw thru it!
Absolute joke. Whole bottle of sauce in the wrap had to empty the kids meal quickly to use it as a bowl to catch handfuls of sauce!! One piece of chicken in it ordered the triple chicken twister. In the bin!
Have just been to this shop will never return.We stood for 10mins waiting to be served with 3 staff on front counter and not 1 person acknowledged us they were to busy packing uber eats and it appeared they were stuffing them up. Such poor service. just to be acknowledged and spoken to would have been acceptable.Stafff training needs to be addressed.
