Staff do not know what they are doing. More training required. I asked for the 6 wings with dipping sauce, lucky I checked before I left as there was no sauce in the bag, I asked what sauces were available and the girl didn't know any.. My partner ordered half chicken and gravy. Didn't think I'd need to check that the gravy was on the chicken before leaving, this was only noticed once home. Not wasting my time driving back. Won't be going here again. Definitely know why I go to KFC

It's always cold in-store. Would be busier if it wasn't. Staff seem friendly, it just feels like they get grilled by management because it's not busy enough. (Personal observation only)

It would help if the food wasn't halved in comparison to their advertisements. The loaded chicken and chips was a massive disappointment and definitely not worth the $5.
