For a long time Red Rooster has been lacking enthusiasm and professionalism. I went there last week after a long time and was pleasantly greeted with a smile by a new Indian girl working there. Extremely polite and professional. I might also add that the place seemed a little tidier also. I hope the other staff follow her lead.
Very slow service, friendly staff. Definitely not fast food when their service is slower than a turtle
Food was OK, staff could be alot more enthusiastic and utilise there time better. Definitely not value for money.
Entered the store and placed our order and as others came after us I observed the young cashier handle cash from not only myself but other customers as well. Whilst waiting for the kitchen to finish preparing orders she proceeded to braid her own hair and also pick her teeth. Not once did this young lady wash her hands or use sanitiser. Packed all orders with still no hand cleansing. Absolutely disgusted with this behaviour especially in these trying times where personal hygiene needs to be front and foremost of everyone's mind particularly when operating in a retail/fast food environment. Couldn't give a half/no stars sadly.
Walked in to a very unenthusiastic person working the counter, 5 mins after waiting a young kid rocks up on a scooter without a mask, Gets behind the counter and grabs his chewing gum out of his mouth with his fingers & then starts putting food into bags. He works there.
Dirty horrible place, girl had the personality of a peanut. Chicken tasted as bad as the floor they walked on. Would give it zero stars
So This visit was a lot better. Not good this visit. The Roast & Veg's I payed extra for was not in the box it was half empty.... I did phone them to let them know...see what happens time to reedem Red Rooster. So This visit was a lot better.
Worst customer service I have ever received. Every single time have received the wrong order and the food is a disgusting slop. Chips soggy, chicken over cooked, and my burger looked like my toddler made it. Shop was dirty. It was just not acceptable! clean you act up and grow up with you immature remarks when I questioned why I didnt get what I ordered.
