Pizza that tasted like any other pizza from a fast food joint pizza. Only probably twice as much ingredients on these pizzas as the likes of domino’s. Will for sure change to 5 stars when someone actually listens and SHOWERS my pizza in chilli flakes, not just dabs a few flakes on there. Love you bye bye.
I don't usually post reviews because I don't see a point, but since my family is stay in Bowen I just had to leave this review. On Tuesday night I called to get a delivery and a girl named Natalie I believe answered the phone, right off the bat she apologised if the service was slow as in store was having technical issues, then proceeded to take my order with a cheerful tone and I could practically hear her smile through the phone. Absolutely lovely service and absolutely perfect pizzas, I highly recommend if you want good food and even better service
Went in there on Friday with my sister and we where served by the sweetest girl, I can't remember her name but I remember she had round glasses with a gold tint and the warmest smile thank you sweetheart!, She was oh so accommodating and I've found myself hoping that she and members of the staff with her charm and positivey serve me again, she did such an amazing job even while-i assume- helping another staff member on the till. Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options are vast and delicious, so happy to see my sister finally be able to eat without having to pick off all the meat

The delivery arrived on time and the pizza was good.
They checked my order and said it was 5 minutes away. 10 minutes later they said they forgot to make the pizza or something. I don't know if I'm going to get my pizza in another 10 minutes but I'm definitely going to red rooster tomorrow. Update: Pizza was great and all said and done, I got my pizza 35 minutes after ordering with some free garlic bread so it wasn't too bad.... faster than the McDonald's drive through. Update: This time it was 9 minutes from ordering to get my pizza.
Passing through Bowen n ordered Mega Meat Lovers and Mega Supream Dough was under cooked n doughy, no seasoning tasteless.
Ordered in store for takeaway. Got told there was a 15 minute wait. After 30 minutes asked and was told its in the oven shouldnt be long. After 55 minutes the order still not out. Worst experience ever.
Ordered super supreme mini pizza , great value fills single person easy unless you're a guts nice service .
I have followed the ordering process and Bowen ripped me off…. The pathetic manager hung up on me and has spoken rudely to me both times I’ve called to resolve the issue Buyers be aware of scam businesses like this one that only want to take your money and not give you a product Have contacted head office and will be following up as far as I can Disgusted
