Had what we wanted at a good price. Staff never knew how to allow me to use my online pressy card off my phone. Some training wouldn't go a miss.
I honestly believe it’s company policy to set up their stores as messy and disorganised as possible. Every Rebel store I’ve visited has been a mess, making it nearly impossible to find anything. Even if you check online for stock availability, good luck locating it in-store. Not even the staff would attempt to help you find anything, which says it all. Disappointing experience overall.
