This shop is massive. Has a widen rangka of items. Went in looking for Converse clothes. They did have them but small size.
I always get my shoes here. The staff leave you alone but are there if you need help.

Excellent service, went out of their way to check in store for my needs then ordered what I required from another branch , Great .
Tried to call for like 45 minutes , tried the floor the stockroom and the office. Finally got through to the shop floor. A lady from checkouts answered the phone, then transferred me to the floor. And unfortunately no one picked up again once again

Whether it's the new way, I don't know, but very hard to find someone in shop to help you, when you haven't been here before, unlike some other, outta town branches where they use to come and ask if you needed help, or you where able to find someone, Good sales I thought, on good quality.
I have only been there once but a young man came to see if he could help me.He was fantastic and a credit to Rebel Aport.He made my shopping experience so much easier and far more enjoyable
Range of products good. Price point mid-range and above. Lots of parking. No approach from customer service personnel; however it is post covid level 2 provincial New Zealand....
