I forgot to see or ask your names, but thank you for your kind gestures the day I visited your store with my partner and his sister while they were buying a new TV. As I’m heavily pregnant, I can’t be on my feet for too long, so I asked a staff member if I could sit at the counter. He was very kind, checked if I was okay, asked if I needed help or water, and made sure I was comfortable.nShortly after, another staff member came by and turned on a small fan for me, which really helped me relax. These may seem like small things, but they meant a lot and made me feel genuinely cared for. Great customer service and thank you.
We have patronized NL for years. Recently bought a new oven and the salesman steered us towards a model he said he could recommend. We had other models mind. His choice was spot on and has all the advantages he talked about. It's a brilliant oven and has upgraded our cooking results by 50% over our old oven.
Called in on a Sunday afternoon. Store was busy, team where doing their best to meet folks needs. I was very happy with my young attendants service. Very helpful, pleasant & sorted me with the right products I needed. Very happy
Fantastic service I couldn’t fault it we had excellent communication and although there was some difficulty in getting the product we wanted Lee the store salesperson NP Store found an excellent substitute for us at a great price. The manager was fabulous as well, we will definitely shop there again and highly recommend.
I recently popped in to purchase a new phone. I had previously been to harvey norman, however the phone I wanted was slightly cheaper at noel lemming. They weren't interested in matching noel lemming price so I drove around the corner. Immediately welcomed, and the service was tenfold better from Gee. He absolutely made the experience smooth and simple. He highlighted the benefits of choosing the more expensive model and I felt great in doing so. Irrespective of what I bought, I felt privileged in being served by Gee. The feeling you leave with people is your business card, and Gee, with ease, smashed it out of the park.
