Came in here to pick up a Flybuys reward.nI was greeted by a lovely friendly young man when I entered the shop. He was really helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. I appreciate staff who know processes and where stock is located.nAfter verifying who I was with my driver's licence and signing a bit of paper I was on my way with my Belkin multi plug.
Jacob, who looked like a young manager, helped us with our product, 5 to him.nnThe tall skinny pony tailed guy with glasses stood around the store watching us looking at products, looked like he was going to approach us to ask us for help and ended up helping another staff member move something with a trOlley for a customer and followed her to the counter and stood there with his ponytail up his butt. 1nnAfter 20 minutes in the store if it wasn't for Jacob coming to serve us after serving another customer then we would've just left.nnThank you jacob
