Thank you for the awesome customer service. I have been in twice recently with tricky light-bulb requests and inadequate information. Both times the Lighting Plus Stars knew exactly what I needed!!! :-
Went in with my mother who was looking for some specific lightbulbs... the woman behind the counter proceeded to argue about the lightbulbs insisting the ones she was showing us would fit the fixture.. No.. we already tried that one and it doesn' t work in fact we have 2 in the car .. but no she carried on... so we walked out.. can't say I'm overly impressed with a company that doesn't listen to it's customers
Service is really great! I had a tricky problem and the staff were super helpful even though the answer was not an expensive fix.
Staff member that was working on the Sunday we visited this store was extremely helpful and had excellent knowledge of all products that they sell.
What a pleasant team at Lighting Plus in New Plymouth. Extremely helpful they went over and beyond in assisting me to get a lighting solution for our Teahouse. Thanks
