had a really great experience today at Harvey Norman New Plymouth. With Ryan's help and knowledge he was able to help my family and i pick out a fridge, washer, dryer and tv for our new house and overall he made this experience very pleasant.

Very average after sales service. Not once did someone say sorry rather they made me chase them several times on the phone and then stand around as the staff in the computer department had an internal discussion.
Great store for most of your household needs, not always the cheapest in town but massive choice makes it very convenient.
Went there for a new washing machine.Great quick service. Sorted delivery next day and old machine taken away.
