When I came here to see Dune and No Time To Die there were two technical issues. One was that there was a crackle in one of the speakers, another was there was an issue with the picture as it kept flashing from dark to bright/different contrasts randomly. These two issues ruined both film experiences for me, and the fact that these movies came out a few months apart showed they had no intention to repair it yet continued to sell tickets for that screen. If they get fixed it would be five stars.

My child was part of a huge group booking, which was booked well in advance. On the day they were refused service at the candy bar as there were too many of them - management should have been prepared as it’s part of the ticket price that we paid, and did not receive. They lost lots of profit today and grew a bad reputation, by rudely blaming the group leaders instead of owning their errors or being properly prepared.

As the only movie theatre in Mandurah it is important to support it. Have been many times and apart from occasional wait time while people fluff about with food its a great theatre. Always looking for a movie to go too!

It's ok nice staff, but if it's a long movie you are going to get a sore back and butt. I understand times are hard but sizes have shrunk and the costs are up. I'd recommend taking some of your own snacks and asking for less Ice. $32 for ×2LP ×2Sp ×2Ld ×2Sd the Large looks like a medium

Went last week for my partners birthday, we had purchased our tickets online. Once we arrive they allowed us to buy candy bar although the popcorn machine was broken it was sign posted. Once we got into the cinema it was so so hot, we stayed for 5 minutes hoping it would cool down but it certainly didn't. The manager then came in to see us after complaining to staff and said the air con was broken and wouldn't be fixed. They had a technician in looking at it before we got there but didn't think to mention it to consumers before we entered the movie. They did refund our tickets but the rudeness and attitude from the manager was unnecessary given it wasn't our fault it couldn't be fixed. This is the last time we will go there and will travel to Rockingham from now on. Worst costumer service I've ever experienced.

They had AVATAR the way of the water in 3D. They must have taken day's to dust off and charge. Now the big question I'm still setup for Blu-ray 3D: Will they produce AVATAR the way of the water in Blu-ray 3D, for the public. Well done Reading Mandurah. 

Cheaper than the bigger cinemas. Mandurah is easy to access,  a lot if needed. Clean , friendly staff.playing all the latest movies

Well managed, clean, plenty of parking. Starting to feel a bit dark, dingy & dated. Staff always courteous & helpful.

When it's school holidays they should put more staff on. Was in the Q 25 mins while 2 staff were processing tickets plus food and drink

Excellent Customer Care. The young guy serving at the drinks desk was so helpful offering really good deals on multi-buys.  No big queues, got into the cinemas pretty quickly.  The cinemas were really comfortable,  seating was pure luxury, nice warm temperature in the cinema & really enjoyed the film too.  Great experience all round.
